ANYWAYS! you CAN tranfar your VR mission saves. Wooohoo! I thought you would have to do them on both systems. This makes me so happy 8)
As always, be signed in when you save the VR missions for the first time, them when transfarring press L1 and R1 to browse your story, snake tales and VR save files.

There are some things made easier. For example the hold-ups for MGS1 Snake are not nearly as bad. Because the Vita's buttons aren't pressure-sensitive, you can use the d-pad to raise and lower your weapon. So you never have to worry about pushing too hard.

I just finished these and got the plat. After hearing all the horror stories about protect the box and survival as mgs1 snake, I was surprised when I beat both in under 7 tries for each of them.

Glad that's over with, now I gotta wait for the mgs4 trophy patch.

What actually counts as 'beating' these missions?

Do you need to get a score in the top 3, or just get the mission to show up as 'yellow', even if you didn't get a top 3 worthy score?

I've already sunk a ton of time into these, and have been trying to get #1 score on them all, because I like the challenge. Have given up on a few though...

You only need to finish them. I only bothered to finish first in the 50 required to bag the trophy the others I was just happy to finish.

Good luck in chasing the top scores in some of them!

Yeah, I'll probably give up on going for #1 on them all. I just like figuring out what I need to do in order to get the top score, but some of them require brutal accuracy...

I started on some of the first person missions recently and they are pretty weird.

i really need some help with mgs1 snake variety 1.
tried it over 100 times and best score 29.

Edit: never mind somehow ive done it!
After almost 200 times. now the rest of vr for mgs1 snake

Yes i finally done all the vr missions!
Just a little over 42 hours
