How is it possible? I only have 4 platinums making it 48, 5 platinums now for Mafia II, but that is another story. Is there something wrong cause I dont know where the 3 extra points came from.

No. It's only out in Japan (as of 19th August). The only way the list can be Japanese is if the person who either has the game or is checking a profile with the game has set his/her PS3 to Japanese. Otherwise it appears in English.
