How come you have guide team award?

Many of my friends in real life happen to be female, or gay so it seems natural for me to want to join this group...i've been a member on this site for awhile & have found it to be an enjoyable experience, although their does seem to be quite a bit of bickering on the more male orientated threads & even this is fun up to point, it'd be nice though to be part of a group that can just talk about games or anything else in a chilled out & peaceful way...many people seem to get soooooo serious! lol

I'd be happy to join your group if you will have me, but if you have enough select guys already then thats cool 2.
