The R2 COOP missions are fun as hell aswell!
Number of Intel in each region is as follows:

Axbridge - 9/9 Intel
Bracknell - 10/10 Intel
Bryce Canyon - 12/12 Intel
Chicago: 10 Status Reports
Holar Tower - 8/8 Intel
Orick: 12 Status Report
you have to complete one mission to get one intel.
ie - finish 12 missions in Orick in coop will equal all intel collected from Orick.

it doesnt matter when you join a match, it will always count, always join one with the most players.
