I'm not sure if a difficulty rating of "pain-in-the-ass" is required for all of them, but some extremely fun games you haven't done are AC3, Far Cry 3 and The Saboteur.

I thought Batman: Arkham City was also a ton of fun. It will take a lot of time, especially with the DLC, and it is somewhat difficult (as opposed to the others I have listed).

PS: TLOU is confirmed to have MP. Please do yourself a favor and skip it. You can play it on your new account if you don't care about DLC for that one.

PPS: You do realize you won't be able to retire your account for another 9 months right? GTA5 DLC will trickle down slowly, and may take a long time before the content is released...
