It was in a locked locker that you'll later be able to open once you gotten the first two tapes. The third tape revealed more about Molly and the Doctor. I'll add it in later as an optional choice. I think the first tape was story related and 2nd was one you needed to fine and then third one was available obtain after that requirement.
