Use the player you got from a pack and if you're not planning on "starting up the game and then quitting" - since that counts as a win - then you can pretty much play the person that you got from the pack, and then at around the 5th minute, just substitute him out so that he doesn't get injured. Make sure that the player you are trying to get is an attacker because I've heard that Goalies don't work for this trophy. From my experience, I got the trophy with an CM so I suggest that you use an attacker just to make sure.
