Yeah, people in the US will possibly see some limitations when trying to buy from foreign online stores. All it takes is for the US to mark a site as "harmful" by SOPA's guidelines. SOPA is not specific enough, so it's open to interpretation, and could be applied in less-than-lawful ways, such as limiting sales of used goods, or even stores selling cheaper than the normal retail price (as various online-only services, like Zavvi, do).
