Sorry about the late reply. The 2 for £6 thing emails you the keys. Like I got Mafia 2 and Deus Ex. both for £6 then I got an email saying thanks for the order. The 2nd email had the Mafia 2 key on it and the 3rd Email had the Deus Ex key. I just went on Steam and typed the codes.

Just to make sure I don't misunderstand what you're asking, you're basically wanting to know the best place to post/make a thread asking people where to find prices on games so you can set prices on some ebay auctions?

If that is the case, I'd say making a thread in General Off Topic would be fine - it doesn't really fit in Games because of the Ebay aspect, and it wouldn't go into the Bargain Bin as you're asking a question opposed to actually listing auctions.

DLC timestamps only matter for the top-5, once the 5th person is in the list we just add everyone else regardless if we get someone new who beat everyone in the top-5. So its also first-come-first-serve.
