You need to login to the US PlayStation site and update your portable ID, then ensure your PSN ID is correct within the UserCP section on this site. Hit refresh and it should be a winner.

I was on funky's page & I noticed you asked about the trophy card above Mini Statistics. Anyway, you can get yours off us.playstation.com.

1. Go to us.playstation.com.
2. Sign In.
3. Move your mouse cursor over your name & then move it down to Portable ID.
4. Go down to the bit that says "Update".
5. Click it & it'll be on your page.

You need to do this manually every time you get a new trophy to keep it updated.
