I normally don't have problems with Playstation 3 trophies (example: Auf Weidersehen Petrovic trophy in Grand Theft Auto IV) but this is ridiculous.

This is why many people online simply don't want Multiplayer trophies in their games: the uncertainty is crippling and can cause people alot of stress in real life when programmers unknowingly make an online trophy unattainable.

Thank you for any help and/or feedback. My sincere hope is that you repatch this game and any others like it so that earned conditions automatically spawn trophies for satisfied conditions: no attempts 2-20...

(Also, please keep in mind I've spent fifty hours trying to earn one trophy. For many people that's enough hours of work to purchase a PS3 in the first place. If this ever happens again with a trophy, I'll likely quit buying Playstation games...after the release of GOW3.)

Some of the people who have successfully earned Payday! have reported having to play campaigns for six hours straight doing the same thing over and over. I'm going on at least 50 hours of attempts with no success.

The folks who claimed to have patched this game should be concerned that the game is not recognizing satisfied conditions. One of my friends even played a match where Multiplayer failed to recognize his catching his last Most Wanted Ghost even though the confirmation message clearly said that we caught it. If the game can't even recognize one event like this, how can I be certain that it's recognizing four consistently-completed 1st place campaigns at all for the Payday! trophy?

Why haven't I been awarded this trophy already? I've spent many hours earning all the other trophies this summer. It's creating more stress for me than you may realize. At gamefaqs and ps3trophies.org forums, more people are reporting having trouble trouble with Payday!

Here's what I sent to Sony:

In Ghostbusters: The Video Game I only have one trophy left short of the Platinum trophy: Payday! As you know, a patch was released to fix two trophies: No Job Is Too Big and Payday!

Thankfully, II earned No Job Is Too Big right after downloading the patch.

However, I've spent two weeks getting online every night and re-completing the requirements for the Payday! trophy after each night prior was unsuccessful. I've gone above and beyond these requirements, not only surviving the four campaigns with minimal requirements but also playing them to full completion.

Per Threewave's recommendations, I've consistently played thief and protection matches through to the end and have not crossed the streams. I should have had this trophy within a few nights of the patch's release. I've emailed Threewave but there has been no response.

Ooo Bobby Knight, what a great time, now you can't do anything. Yeah college towns are amazing to live in, I don't right now but I've lived for a few weeks in Boulder with one of my friends this summer. There's always something going on in em!
