are the online trophies really 50+ hours even with boosting???

got back to playing 3d dot game heroes, umm if i played the game and now i feel like installing it will that erased my saved data. also i save inside a dungeon and died. i did like the guide said and dindn't press continue and load the my save but i start at the begging of the dungeon. that normal right?
