That's what it says on the JP Square Enix website about the theme/trophy glitch, what it boils down to is that the bug affects Firmware 3.10 and below and it has been resolved in newer versions of the Firmware. If you're currently suffering from the problem however, I think you unfortunately need to start over on a new save.
I made a thread with all the juicy details on plot, features, gameplay, release bonuses, ect. similar to the Dissidia 012 thread. I know it's close to launch but it's never to late to talk about it. lol. or buy it for that matter.
It won't be reopened, because people just use the thread to boost their post count, and there's really no way of regulating it without constantly deleting posts. I'm sure having a trophy card in your sig is just as good a way of advertising your collection.
