Sounds like a good idea. I'd probably go and hide in my bedroom and then emerge after a few hours.

I really don't know, it's probably because i go to bed so late everyday. On the weekends it takes a few tries for my parents to wake me up and i sleep through alarms and such all the time as well.

4 boys, 2 girls. It is a big family, and yep, there are plenty of arguments lol. I've learnt to just steer clear when I feel an argument is brewing.

How is that even possible? You must be a proper deep sleeper then. Saying that, I've slept through the smoke alarm and the house alarm numerous times so I'm no better.

    Yeah that's true

Like you said though, at least it will keep you fit.
You could eat like a pig every day and you'll be able to burn it off straight away.

Wow, that is a big family then. All boys? I don't think i would like that many siblings, 1 or 2 would suit me just fine. There would probably be lots of arguments in my house.

I wouldn't be too confident about that if i were you. A few weeks back i stayed up all night because i couldn't sleep, i assumed that i'd sleep like a baby the next night but i had trouble sleeping that night as well. I normally fall asleep quite quickly and when i fall asleep, i'm pretty much dead to the world.

My mum rang me from work a few days ago so that i would wake up. I picked up the phone and started talking to her and then i fell back asleep whilst i was on the phone.

You wouldn't be butting in if we asked for your help though.

It's cool in that respect, but I still don't like the job. It's just such a long, hard day. Doing that full time every day will kill me, I just about recovered on Friday from the previous Saturday (only worked Saturdays before). There's 6 of us, I'm the 3rd oldest.

Yeah lol, lost track of time so I figured I wouldn't sleep. But hey, at least I'll sleep tonight. I hope.

    Alright cool.
I'm not looking to get credited for any help that i can offer, i don't want it to seem like i'm trying to butt into your's and Harry's projects so that i can get a slice of the credit. I'm just more than happy to help you guys out if there's anything that needs doing.

That sounds pretty cool, i'd love to work in a business with my family and the money is an added bonus.
Are you part of a big family then? I think i remember you saying that have two younger brothers and you've got an older brother as well. I'm just an only child

That's good to hear, i hope all your exam results come out well for you and you manage to get into a good University next year then.
It's a great feeling when you go on UCAS and see that all your University choices have offered you a place.

Up till 5am when you have an exam in three days?!
You're a brave man, my mum forced me to go to bed early in the days running up to an exam.

Defo mate, I'll let you know if we need any help. One is a trophy guide and only 2 people can gain credit per guide, but for the other two, if we need any help I'll come to you about it. Thanks.

For my family. My dad and that run it and my older bro is working there too. It's a wood yard but it's basically all things DIY. Not the most interesting jobs in the world but it's money. It's hard work as well, there's no need to go to the gym when I work there lol.

That's what was putting me off before (and the reason why there's a year's gap between college and Uni), but, as you've said yourself, it's quite flexible and the costs don't actually affect you as much as I thought. That's why I've decided at the last minute that I want to go next year. Fingers crossed you make the right decision for yourself though mate, keep me updated on whatever course of action you take.

*looks at the time this VM was sent, shucks I've got to be up for 7.30*

That sounds cool, i'd love to help out if there's anything that you guys need doing. Obviously you two will take care of the majority of it, but i'd be happy to help out in any of the menial tasks or whatever.

Oh ok, i've probably asked this before but where are you going to be working?

    Thanks mate.
Obviously it helps that i can take out a student loan for the OU. That way i won't have to pay any fees upfront and i won't have to start repaying the debt until i'm earning more than £25,000 a year. I'm looking forward to moulding my education around my normal day to day life though.

I never went to live at Uni, so i found it hard to fit in and make friends there. I think i'll be better working by myself in an environment that i'm comfortable in.

Yeah we have two in the pipeline, with something else maybe on the cards. Obviously all dependent on whether I pick a Vita up though.

Well, I'm looking at going next year instead. Until then, I think I'm working full time from 8 until half 5.

That makes sense mate, and if you feel you'll be better off by making that move with your results and Uni life in general, I'd say go for it. If the costs aren't that significant, that must surely be a less significant part to the equation.

Are you planning on collaborating with Harry then? I want to try some trophy guide writing as well at some point, it's just a matter of having the time and patience to complete one.

Oh ok, i thought you said a while ago that you were looking at other options instead of Uni?

I have to pay for the OU course, but i can do it through Student Loans again and i won't have to do a full length course with the OU either because i have past Higher Education experience in the subjects that i'm thinking of. So it won't be overly expensive.

I'm obviously not happy about feeling the need to leave, but i'd rather be happy and content in a new learning environment, rather than continuing my education in a place that i don't like.

That's what I was thinking too, I quite like the idea of having a Crystal White Vita with the AC Liberation bundle. However, I also said to Harry that I'd do a few guides on here from July onwards, so I might be inclined to go for that option.

If I can ever give you a good piece of advice: Don't ever watch La Haine. Honestly, you're not missing much. No idea what I want to do for a career yet, but I'm planning on going to Uni next year (what for mind, is another question, and one that I don't have an answer for yet )

Blimey, do you have to pay the funds again to go to the other Uni? That would be expensive if so, but if you feel you'll benefit I'm sure it's not as worrying.
