i haven't played the online, i played online in the demo and didn't like it. It's total COD-mode now (to me at least) but thankfully no trophies at all require competitive gameplay. It lacks the co-op that R2 had which i think is a shame, but does let you play splitscreen story mode again so you and your brother could play through together, if you like.

It goes back to a few things that were done in R1 and kind of 'upgrades' them. I'd say it plays like a merge of R1 & R2. you have the weapon wheel like R1, health pickups like R1 but some more advanced gameplay like R2.

If/when you do play it, just try to get to at least halfway before making a judegement, i stupidly decided i wasn't keen on it after a couple of levels but in time it gets much better.

haha, i'm a huge fan of R1 (and really like R2 as well tbh) but i didn't enjoy R3 at first.

I've now completed the story and just have to clean up a little + do the highest difficulty playthrough and it's actually a really good game. I think i was rating it unfairly against my love for R1, when it's a really good game in it's own right once you get going.

Definitely worth a play mate, i'd say the whole plat is probably <20 hours so if you don't find it amazing it's not too much to get through (plus there's no online grinding trophies! )

I never had the chance to play Haze. I played the demo way back in like 2008 but don't really remember it.

I'm a big fan of the stealth genre as well. Deus Ex, Metal Gear, Tenchu... I even play a lot of my other games in a stealth fashion. I really enjoyed the stealth in Far Cry 3 as well.

If only, we'll sign nobody or a youngster to join the others. And a few have potential; Benteke, Weimann, Westwood, Gardner, Lowton, Guzan, a few others are alright but thats about it.
