Umm to be honest, each playthrough varies in time due to the increased difficulty levels. (ie. Acolyte will take you the least time, whilst MN will take you what feels like forever...)
So what I'll say is:
100 hours roughly to do the playthroughs, because finding a DECENT partner online is so time consuming.
