LOL, actually finished her pred master about a week ago and I didn't save it for end of the line. I found it FAR easier for me to use that one on Police Brutality Ex because I had too much trouble dealing with Bulletproof. I managed to get through End of the Line on my first try on it too. I actually have a pretty effective tactic to get her double ledge takedown every time and I can get the other two medals easily after that. It has to do with taking down the sniper on the right hand walkway and then taking down the first two guys who investigate with the double ledge takedown, then dropping down and running into the grate on the right side and waiting till you can get a single guy to walk along the grate and take him down. Finally you just dart north and through the vent to the traincar and through that then up into the northern sniper nest and whip trip/disarm him and take him down. You then just have to methodically take down the rest of the goons and its done.
