I have found it okay, try searching ANY/ANY. Sometimes you'll get 1 v 1 TDM which is pretty lame, but I get 5 v 5 a fair bit which is great on small maps. I'm playing a couple of hours after work and it's slowly increasing, I did 150 kills a few nights ago. Plus it seems to give you a few extra kills overnight which is awesome.

Hey man thanks for the offer, but this is something I wanted to do without boosting to see if I could do it. Good luck in your search! There still seems to be heaps of people boosting according to the R2 boosting thread. One guy was getting 2,000 kills a day!
