It hasn't happened to me before, but I read on a Japanese forum (2ch) that it happens if you're offline and install a new trophy set for a new game, then the trophies might not have time stamps. Supposedly, if the list is already installed, you can earn trophies normally and the time stamps will be fine, it's only a concern if you're installing a new list offline. Dunno if it's true or not, I'm just the paranoid personality type who would rather wait 24 hours than risk it, haha. Did you install Portal 2 while PSN was down, or was the list installed beforehand?

Also time stamp bug? What exactly is this? i've been playing tons of portal and earned tons of portal trophies doing the downtime!
