It happened once, I loaded up multiplayer and it said level 1. I just quit the game and loaded it back up again and it was ok, but I've heard of people who have had it stuck on it and can't restore their stats :/

Did you start playing the game away from home, then get home and use your wifi? That's how line happened.

im in the process of trying to get it. a lot of theories behind it but no1 really knows. when u rematch it doesnt count supposely and obvious when the game doesnt end and you disconnect it doesnt count either.
