Default Ohai thar

So, I've been a part for more than a month I guess, but I just now saw the introductions section, and since I still probably count as a new member, I thought I'd post an intro.
I saw the warning thread about intros, but I haven't read any other intro, so forgive me if I repeat some things.

I am fifteen years old and live in the beautiful and shitty country of Greece. I've been a gamer for most part of my life, my first PS2 bought at some year in primary school, not sure which, since my memory of that period s vague. Before that, I still played my gameboy. I still remember my first ever video game. A crappy Bugs Bunny game for the game boy I bought instead of Pokemon due to a silly fear of all the English Pokemon had.
I used to like racing games on my PSP and PS2 (Need for Speed Underground being one of them, was there a sequel? If yes, then I had that too) but I grew out of that.
As my knowledge of English got better and my understanding of games rose with it I started going for more plot-related games, adventure and action.
One of my first ever games for the PS2 was my own Sly Cooper and the Thievious Racoonus (spelling?) copy. from that point onward, the Sly trilogy (and expected sequel) rose to become my favorite games ever played. Was bouncing about the walls when I heard they were remastering the trilogy for the PS3.
As I am now, I do not play as many games as I'd like to try, mainly because of how poor the game selection is here, and my finances, which are not so good. I still have time to play several hours a day, since my lax schedule can easily fit it.
Games I like are the Assassin's Creed series, God of War, The Saboteur, Star Wars:The force Unleashed, Battlefield: Bad Company, InFAMOUS, Killzone series, Little Big Planet and a few others I can't really remember right now. And of course, the awesome Sly games.

For some RL info, I have tried my luck with various sports and hobbies for many years(ever since I remember myself) before finally settling on water polo and, of course, gaming. One of my favorite past times besides gaming is literature, though as young as I am it's no wonder that I prefer adventure filled books, preferably with some kind of magic or other such unexplained power, or mystery, or whatever. Also, Sherlock Holmes is one of my favorite books.
I have very few good friends, which I hang out with. I observe my peers with passive indifference, wondering what happened and I turned out that different than most of them. They all seem so ... childish and hot-headed. Well, we are still kids but still.

Yes, I understand that my intro is bigger than most, containing more than "hai I iz new I wanna play PS3 thank y'all", but I rather think that it will only ignite more interest and discussion, and give people better understanding of myself.

Hey all!

Hi there and welcome to the site ^^ Glad to see a detailed intro, usually they don't go far from "I was a stalker till i got enlighted and now here i'm" =) I enjoyed most of the games you listed, tho i'm totally against race games, i find them quite boring to be honest.

Never come to Greece. Ever. At least, if you insist, do some research on where to go. Avoid places with a lot of people at all costs. Beaches with lots of people are the worst. It's true that Greece is beautiful, but only where the tourist industry hasn't touched it. Not to mention ... the prices. Brrrrr.
Did I mention that Greece has a bigger coastline than Africa?
