Mr. Perfect progress

those of you who are attempting this craziness, how far along are you? Any words of advice? Have any questions? Post them here!

Personally, I've just beaten Solar Man as my 3rd RM. Those two flaming birds are a bitch to perfect, they're the only things that are hard about getting though his stage.

Already? You're brother is either amazing, or extremely patient.

I do have a question though, I'm playing through as Proto Man and I'm stocking up on those items that prevent insta death. I haven't hit any spikes, or fell down any pits yet, and if I do, those items will save my ass. They don't cause any damage, but does it still count as damage?

Or maybe he played the original Mega Man games and he realized Mega Man 10 is not as hard as the originals so then it was a walk in the park.

dont be so condescending. it still takes time to perfect run through the game. mega man 10 is as hard as the originals, if youre playing on normal. even on easy though, it still takes time to get the perfect run.

I started and completed this over the course of a day, it was pretty tough!

Being a cheap bugger, I'm doing it on easy. Got Sheep and Chill Man down so far.

I don't think I'll ever finish the run though. All 8 RM plus two forms of the following the boss without a single dent is a bit much unless it's all severely dumbed down on Easy.
(I just finished the game on Normal today, and ate quite a few energy tanks in the process)

Not to mention the devil boss, ugh...

Will probably be bouncing between my Mr.Perfect run and my Hard Mode save data.

WOW! One day is NICE!

It took me 2 because for some reason Chill Man kept giving me problems on his stage, and I kept messing up on Wily 1 on Tornado man. When the trophy popped it felt so satisfying though! Youtube vids were VERY helpful.

If you're having difficulty with certain bosses, go into challenge mode and play them on whichever difficulty you are going to try your perfect run on. Practice, practice and practice until you know their patterns really well. Eventually, you should know how to beat them cold.
