Accomplishments and trophies alike are just as the name suggests. The harder (not the grindier) a trophy is, the happier I am. A game like Terminator Salvation, who gives a damn about getting 100 in that. But for anyone who used to do speed/no damage runs of contra, megaman and such back in the day this is a blessing. Very, very, very few people will achieve getting no damage of beating on hard, so those who do Kudos. These are what all trophies should be like for all games, challenges, not grinds and handouts. *cough**cough* pause game for first time.

The thing is...having trophies like just puts me off buying the game.
I'd only consider buying the game with easier trophies and hence why Capcom have shot themselves in the foot. It's ok for Megaman fans...but i'm not so big on it...and thus the appeal of playing a game over and over to try to get almost impossible trophies doesn't really entice me into buying. |
