Glitched trophy

I've jut completed the game on hard.

Finish all Dante's story popped
Complete rescue the rescuers popped

The battle is won and but the war rages on hasn't!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK

Edit: I've completed it 3 times on hard!!!!!

I dont think there are any known glitches for what is going on. Are you sure you completed every level?

I completed the game in sequence I never used mission select. Other people have had this trouble and reported it in EAs forum but as per EA they are not interested and neither are the developers

Ok so when I click continue game it takes me back to the final checkpoint of the game.

When I go to mission select it only goes up to neptunes nest. Could this be why my trophies haven't popped? If so can I just mission select neptunes nest and complete the missions to get trophies?

Help: Just finished the whole game on hard and went through all the credits and trophy didn't show up. Last one I need for the plat any suggestions apart from playing the game all over again from start
