Operation RESURGENCE | BioWare Blog
Why doesn't BioWare just tell us the truth? Microsoft paid them and Sony wouldn't. If they don't explain it properly, this is what I am going to believe. 4 weeks of "We continue to work with them..." and we are supposed to believe they are actually trying? |

Does Call of Duty on PS3 get 2xXP weekends and such? Some things the SEN just isn't able to do when compared to an open network (PC) or a network with an extensive backbone with content distribution (XBL)[See why Rock Band Network can never come to PS3.] Hopefully Sony gets their act together for the next generation of SEN for PS4. I love their exclusives, but they've got a ways to go with the networking portion of their platform (They are leagues ahead of Nintendo though!) |

This is fucking annoying. I'd like to believe that it is actually on Sony's end, but given how much shit Bioware has turned into, it wouldn't surprise me if it is just them being ass hats. I find it difficult to believe a word they say recently anyways. Either way, the lack of PS3 support for this game is pissing me off.

No, annoyance is natural. Saying MS paid Bioware not to let Sony have events in ME3 is paranoid. If I was in your boat, I'd be annoyed too. I wouldn't be saying that company X is paying company Y to screw over a feature of a game. If something is exclusive and paid for, they make a big deal about it (See MS paying for CoD DLC timed exclusivity).

And it wouldn't be the first time this kind of closed door dealing has happened.

Jesus, I still cant understand why on so many big titles Sony/Playstation Players get the short end of the stick. Its amazing. Im happy I play on both consoles regularly, but man, it truly isnt fair.

Since when did video game companies start hating Sony and their customers?
EA owns the rights to Medal of Honor. Medal of Honor started off on the Playstation. EA owns the rights to Need For Speed. Need For Speed started off on the PC and PS1. EA............NBA Jam came out on the Playstation before anything Microsoft based. BioWare – Sony Won’t Let Us Run Mass Effect 3 Weekend Events On PlayStation 3 Skyrim DLC: Xbox 360 Exclusivity Confirmed, New Quests, Locations, Features Incoming I'm sick of the bullshit. Bioware customer support sending us to Sony customer support and vice versa. Neither company giving anyone an actual answer, just "We are working with Sony to fix the issue." WHAT ISSUE? If maybe they would tell us what the damn issue is and what steps they have taken to help improve the issue(s) many Sony customers wouldn't have to create thread, after thread, after thread asking for some type of answer. But NO they want to leave us in the dark and "Hey Next Weekends Event Details - PS3 owners not eligible to participate." I paid the exact same amount as Xbox 360 owners, but they have received more classes, weapons, packs, etc. than PS3 owners. Fine, that's ok; I don't need a handicap. But WE do deserve an answer. Have a little respect for the consumer. I don't need to stay up all night again. I guess I was a little over due for some type of rage.
