My god, Im sorry man. Makes me even more glad this platinum is out of the way. I keep hearing stories about this and it makes me cringe every single time.

Well, the good news is the farming method for kills is extremely efficient. I got approximately 2,800 kills in 1 1/2 hours using my Engineer. The Sentry Turret and Combat Drone are extremely helpful. Once I knock the 5,000 kills out of the way I will go for my Insanity run. I enjoy playing this game too much to let this hold me back. Or maybe I'm just really stubborn...

Happened to me too except it happened at 24/27 missions cleared on Insanity.... ie at the very end of the game.

Well, luckily I already managed to get the 5,000 kills. It was really fast using the farming method. Just put some music on and let my sentry turret and combat drone do most of the work. My Unwavering sits at 2/6 for multiplayer. I am actually going to try and get it that way. As for the Insanity run, after (if) I can get Unwavering in MP, I'll just do the priority missions to get through Insanity. We'll see what happens.

This happened to me tonight too. Froze while playing multiplayer, lost all game saves and progress on trophies. Really annoying.

And their was me going to give multiplayer another go today..

Bioware need to fix this!

I've had the single player freezes, but multiplayer has never frozen for me.

I feel bad for the guys that lost all of their progress in the game.

I played MP all day today to get 100% galactic readiness, the war assets trophy and building towards 5k kills. It was surprisingly fun, although I felt uneasy the whole time -- wondering whether the enjoyment was worth the danger. Luckily, no glitches and have got all the MP trophies I was after. May end up finishing 5k in SP.

EDIT: By the way, what's the famous farming method mentioned in this thread?

At the very beginning of the game when you first see the cannibals and you are told to take cover, don't take cover. As long as you don't hit X to go into cover the cannibals will have infinite respawns. There is unlimited ammo as well. So just keep killing them until you get bored.
