Such as during the mission to recruit Javik if you brina Liara. She'll mention the races being uplifted and when she mentions the Salarians, Javik asks "The lizard people finally evolved?" Liara tries to correct him by saying they're amphibians and he retorts with "They used to eat flies."

You can also talk to Javik on the Citadel and people will crowd around him and ask if he's really a Prothean before asking Shepherd about his abilities. Once Shepherd is done Javik responds with Shepherd being one of the finest warriors he knew... for a human who lived in a cave.

My favorite Javik like is when the hanar approaches him at the citadel going on about the enkindlers and all, then Javik blows him off at the end saying how he wished he taught them to speak better. You could just tell that hanar was crushed, even though it doesn't have a face.

He also has some funny lines on Thessia when you examine the temple relics, mostly on the codex entries.
Liara talks about how Athame brought agriculture to her world.
Javik: We didn't want you to starve to death.
Liara remarks how Athame taught them mathematics.
Javik: You couldn't count higher than your toes. We took pity on you.

My favorite dialogue is after telling Ashley to go with Hackett, Joker get up of his chair and salute Shepard

Shepard:What's that for
Joker: Someone giving you the respect that you deserve.

I've already forgotten most of it but here are my favs which you didn't mention before:
EDI's flooding Cerberus with seven zettabytes of explicit images, most of which were Jeff's
Shepard romancing with Traynor and talking about visiting Vancouver

i don't remember what the actual dialogue is but it's when garrus and shepard are on top of the citadel shooting bottles, and garrus makes a remark about commander shepards favorite shop on the citadel.

Garrus challenges Shepard to a bottle-shooting contest to see who's the better marksman. After they both hit their first bottles, you're given the choice to miss yours.

If you choose to miss it Garrus says, "I'm Garrus Vakarian, and this is my favorite spot on the Citadel!"

But it was a joke about Shepherd's advertisments, yes.

After finishing Grissom Academy, Joker is talking to the crew in the shuttle over the comm and notices that Jack is watching her language in front of the students.

Went something like this...

Joker: Uh... what the hell was that?
Kahlee: Jack promised to watch her language in order to maintain the necessary professionalism we need from our teachers.
Joker: What, does she have a swear jar or something? 'Cause I bet if we emptied that thing, we could afford another cruiser.
Jack: Cover your ears, kids. Hey, Joker, f--

One of my favorite conversations involves Joker and Garrus not only telling each other jokes, but answering each one. Good stuff.

Few others I enjoyed...

"I'm Garrus Vakarian and this is my favorite place on the Citadel!" I lost it at that line, but the whole damn scene is awesome. "Some of us know how to handle a gun and some of us just know how to dance. And, I've seen you dance, Shepard. No comment."

"One moment, Shepard. I am receiving a transmission from Legion."
"Your new mobile platform is inefficient. It has low volume hydraulics and is top heavy."

"So, Joker. Why don't you get a suit like Tali's?"
"You mean an exoskeletal suit to help with my legs? Oh, I can. I can even get one with racing stripes but its like heavy armor. Totally throws off my balance. Plus I don't have the hips for it."

"I always wanted to go to the top of the Presidium and just stand there... but there's 133 regulations banning it."
"So, you go them changed?"
"Nope." *continues driving* ...Garrus is such a boss.
