For all of them, you can just keep fighting and dying at the same checkpoint and the counter will continue to rise. Though, quitting without saving resets it if you don't already have the trophy.
Alternatively, there are spots with infinite respawns, the part just past the Krogan respawn point in Grunt's recruitment mission has infinite respawn point for Blue Suns Mercs. The aformentioned N7 mission has infinitely respawning mechs. Now for tactician, uh, you'll want pull and warp. Assigning buttons to them seems to help, and waiting a sec or two after pull also helps, but it never seems to increment 100% of the time. |

Most of them will come just by playing, obviously dependant on who you use in your squad, if you're a soldier the only way you're going to get the biotic specials is by having biotics in your squad, and for incindiary you need mordin, he's the only one with that power I think

I never used Biotics on my first few plays. Once I started my Insane I had no choice. And for some trophies (or maybe just one) you need to combine two biotic powers (Miranda and Jacob are best for that)

Like many of the other posts said, most of them will come over time. Especially the specialist ones (warp/overload) etc. If you want to speed it up you can always turn off your squadmates' ability to use powers, that way you do it manually.
From my own experience, I played as an infiltrator and a good place to rack up brawler points is on Grunt's loyalty mission. I'll first note the conditions I played with: veteran difficulty or lower (the extra defense on higher difficulties can be troublesome, although I haven't really tested it on hardcore/insanity) and the Widow rifle (which means Grunt's mission has to NOT be completed prior to the Reaper ship). What I essentially did was cloak, melee, then fire the Widow unscoped. This works on the Varren (first wave) and the crab things (second wave). The Widow is so powerful that regardless of body part hit, it'll always be a one-shot kill (again on veteran or lower). Also the melee will always stagger them since they won't have extra defense. The crab enemies can pose a problem since they do a range fire attack, but you can always cloak. And if you find your squad is killing them before you get a chance, just set them towards a corner. In theory this tactic should work with a soldier or a vanguard as they have access to a shotty. But then again I only tried this with an infiltrator. Hope this helps and sorry for the long read.
