I'm still sad I can't have Samara. She is like...Whoa. I would have romanced the crap out of her.

I plan on romancing all of the female options in the game. I have already done Miranda for the males and Garrus for the females. Between both, I enjoyed Garrus more due to the history of the characters and the awkward dialogue. To the people who mentioned the romance scene between female shephard and Garrus, I believe Bioware wanted to keep that scene tasteful for the female audience (who probably would have been a little upset at the scene if it had shown more Shephard skin).

1st playthrough - no one
2nd playthrough - miranda than broke it up with her to hit it with tali but no romance scene.
3rd playthrough - tali just to see the romance scene

I went with miranda on my 1st playthrough.
Just started my insanity play, dunno who im gonna go for.
woulda given samara one if i could though

On my first runthrough I did Miranda, then played the Shadow Broker quest and brought Liara into my chambers as well and I think I did her too. Should be interesting in ME3 what happens next.

My 2nd runthrough was with female Sheppard and kept her single in comic and game so I have an unattached Sheppard for ME3 if necessary.

I'll do a third run for insanity someday.

How do you do romance in ME2 i didn't know how i was doing missions but i would have loved to romance with Miranda i tryed to do a romance with her but it failed i did'nt know how to

Paramour
Successfully pursue a relationship with a teammate

In between story missions (not side missions), talk to your teammates and explore every available dialogue option. Once you decide which crewmember you want to pursue, talk to them after each mission until the conversation repeats over and over. If you converse with one of them enough, then you'll see the two of them "share" a moment en route to the suicide mission. Each sex has a different options. A male Shepard can choose from Miranda, Jack, or Tali. A female Shepard chooses from Jacob, Thane, or Garrus.

Basically the same as you would pick up in real life... choose someone, be nice, visit them often, chat and then you should be golden
