Level 30 in 1 playthrough?

I got level 30 in one playthrough, though I kept it kinda close - only had one or two more N7 missions left that I could do

i didn't find it hard to get to level, although i had all the dlc when it came out at the time. i think on my first play through i got to level 29 or something and started over with that character and got to level 30 before i had to meet with martin sheen.

yeah im also lvl 25 and just obtain geth so I belive its almost end of the game sooo no lvl 30 in one playthrough

ok I have finished game and all trophies and I am level 25 so now I can change difficulty to easy and run through all the missions I got left as the experiance will be the same right?

Just don't do anything other than loyalty and main story missions until after the suicide mission and you should be fine. There is a ton of DLC and N7 missions that you can do after, with the exp bonus, to get to 30.

If Insanity popped on you, which it sounds like it did, then you are fine. The only thing I would say is go to normal as easy is so pathetic that it isn't fun IMO.

Thank you!!! I have receive so many mixed respond about a post-game that I have been stuck for 2 days on what to do because I want to reach level 30 in one playthrough.

I can fully confirm (finished the PS3 version last night) that you CAN reach level 30 in one playthrough. You just have to do pretty much "everything" - meaning normal missions, "side missions" (certain missions in e.g. Citadel, Illium, Tuchanka, etc), loyalty missions, N7 missions and "DLC" missions (Lair of the Shadow Broker, Arrival, etc).

I hit 30 during the suicide mission (after the "biotic specialist" section), so it was a close call I guess.

I only missed one minor side mission ("Liara: The Observer" in Illium), since I chose Shadow Broker -mission a bit too early (I believe there are two "Liara missions" that you have to do before activating Shadow Broker - I missed the other one). I personally didn't want to go "back" playing the game after the suicide mission, so hitting the level 30 in one playthrough was something that I wanted.

I left the DLC missions till after the SM, and it was great. Had 3 1-2 hours missions to play once I finished the game which was nice
