Marvel Super Hero Squad: Comic Combat - Trophy Guide & Road Map

I think this guide is pretty good for this simple game, but, for Summer Reading, I would like to have a more comprehensive guide about which characters can unlock different doors. I think Scarlet is required for one type, and is missing from roadmap section. Took a while to figure out what I was missing, I first suspected it was the glitch (previous issue having the comic book), then finding out there was some place I could not reach with default/chosen characters.

Another one I was having difficulties was that Hexxed trophy. First, I tried to press button over Scarlet a few times before I realised I have to use her charge attack (by drawing from Scarlet over the enemies).

Damn, ran into the Summer Reading glitch. One trophy seperates me from the platinum. In the chapter 5.3 I can't even destroy the necessary door.

The doors confuse the crap out of me.

I suggest running through with sets of 3 distinct characters and you should be able to figure out which one can open the door within 10-20 minutes.

It's a pain, but I haven't found any definite information on which doors are opened by which characters.

Can you clarify Lock Unblocker?

I've played issue 2 panel 2 quite a few times now, but can't unlock this trophy no matter what combination of heroes I bring in.

It's not clear exactly what needs to be unlocked or unblocked! Thx!!

What I meant was that I unlocked it by issue 2, panel 2. Opening hero specific portals into rooms or the weird white bonus rooms count as unblocking. Just open every one you come across and the trophy should come naturally.

oh i see,

strange that i've completed the game and all other trophies, with this one trophy keeping me from patinum.

i wonder what, or how i could have missed this...

do you suggest i start over? doesnt seem like anyone has had trouble with this before

As long as you open all the portals leading up to iss. 2 - vol. 2, I think this will unlock.

Like I said in my guide, I unlocked it by that point, using the default characters. I didn't do anything special and I'm pretty sure I didn't even unblock all the locks possible.

can someone please tell me where the comic is on 2.5 ive tried to find it but it doesnt seem to be there at all.
i really hope someone can help me.thanks alot for the guide though i wish there was a comic guide

actually i got the trophy after replaying 5.3 as you need to replay this as you havent got the right characters to break thru the wall to get it.
the comic stack light on my 2.5 didnt light up even though i did have the comic.i still got the trophy and platinum 56..

I'm a little annoyed... Of course I missed one of the comics, and now I can't find it.

I noticed something though, that I've not seen anyone mention, and that is that if you select a Panel it might say you have the stack, but if you go into the character change page of that panel the stack is not lit.... This is the case on 2 or 3 panels in chapter 5.

Could this mean you have to get the comic with multiple characters?


Also, the only stack unlit from the first page of the comic is 2-5, but that one seemed glitched for everyone. I did find one in 2-4 I missed, but 2-5 didn't lit up.

Do I have to do a second playthrough, or did you guys eventually find a way to find the missing comic?
