does this count as dying

while doing 1st lvl i did a few things like at end fell off rock and wen jumpin from bear missing green circle,it let me try again but no contiue or quit so is tht ok??

as long as you don't see the "bear has been incapacitated" screen than you should be good. you can miss a jump and fall, hit a rock while in the river, or hit a tree while on the horse and it will not count as a death. as long as bear doesn't become incapacitated.
