MUT Contract Issue

Has anyone had this happen? I just played a game of MUT and when it was over, my players had lost 2 games off there contracts instead of just one. I know for a fact as I had many first time players being used. What gives?

Never happened to me either, though it does get on my nerves that when someone quits on you online even in the 1st quarter it spends a game off all of your starters.
