Introduction There are 49 Madden Moments in total, but only 46 of them have to be completed to get the trophy. They are unlocked in sets of five, with the next group unlocking once the previous group has been completed. They are all based on real life situations. You either have to replicate or reverse what really happened. Although most of them are fairly straight forward, there will be a few that will test your patience and skill. This guide outlines basic methods to pass each moment, the starting conditions of each moment, and different ways of getting around any problems you may come across. General Advice All the skill and gameplay settings are reset in Madden Moments. This means that none of the setup changes outlined in the first few steps of the Roadmap will be any help to you. The Offside rules are back in play, and the computer now plays a decent game of football. The only way to weight conditions in your favor in this mode is though player stat manipulation. Any saved Roster changes will carry into Madden Moments, so it is possible to mess around with teams if needed. First you should play the moment, as they can often be finished without any changes. If you find you are having bother, run a specific play. It will probably not work. Pause the game and go into the Replay. Run forward to the catch/tackle/whatever went wrong, and get the name and number of the opposition players messing up your play. Armed with this info, go to: My Madden > NFL Rosters > Player Management Find the Player or Players, and drop their stats to favor your players chances. Make sure to save the Roster before you exit. Now head back and restart the Moment. Re-run the same play as before, and hopefully, this time it should end with a better result. To help you with the positions, here are a couple of general position keys: For a General Player Slowdown As I have said before though, only do this as a last resort. It will ruin the enjoyment of the game if you are too heavy handed. The general stats you need to drop to slow down a player and stunt their abilities are: Strength, Agility, Speed, Acceleration, Awareness, Catching and Carrying stats. These should be used for any player you need to edit. There are different particular positions of players whose stats you should look to alter depending on the situation. The Moments come in three four basic flavors: - Win from Behind - Defend a Lead - Retrieve, Attack and Win. - Score, Retrieve and Score Again. Winning From Behind The bulk of the moments are this type. A typical setting will have you 5 points down with a minute left, forcing you to go for the try. These are your bread and butter scenarios: never overly difficult, and they can often be done first time out. The important thing in these Moments is to keep the ball moving forward, and to stop the clock whenever possible. When Shutting Down a Defense: Target their Tackling, Pass Blocking, Run Blocking, Jumping and Pursuit stats. Defending a Lead These are short but difficult moments. Typically, you will find yourself backed up against your Endzone, trying desperately to keep your opposition from scoring. The key to these Moments is to put pressure on the Quarterback. Sack him if you can, but at the very least get in his way. When Shutting Down a Quarterback: Target their Short Throw Accuracy, Medium Throw Accuracy, Deep Throw Accuracy, Throw on the Run and Play Action stats. Retrieve, Attack and Win These are longer and more difficult defending scenarios. You have to first prevent the opposition from scoring as there generally is not enough time to score twice. You have to get the ball back and then generally need to score a Touchdown to win. When Shutting Down Receivers: Target their Jumping, Kick/Punt Return, Elusiveness, Spectacular Catch, Catch in Traffic and Route Planning stats. Score, Retrieve and Score Again These are the ones that will drive you mad. The first Touchdown is usually easy enough, but you then have to get the ball back quick. You will spend ages trying to get the ball back via Onside Kicks. These few moments can take as long as all the others put together. To Favour an Onside Kick: Target ALL their stats. This goes for all 6 or 7 players in the area of the Onside Kick. WARNING: Make sure to SAVE after you complete each Moment. The game has a tendency to freeze in this menu for some reason, and a reset will mean you will lose all unsaved data. So take care! Roster Reset: You will have to use most of then teams at some point as you work your way through the moments. If any changes to player stats backfire on you, quit the game. Find the Roster Savefile and delete it. It will be called Roster followed by a number, the date it was created. Reload the game and the original stats will be reinstated. If you have any tips you want added to the guide, post them below.

MOMENT GROUP 1 PLAYERS TEAM ON THE LEFT The Bungles ![]() Denver Broncos -Vs- Cincinnati Bengals STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 6 : 7 Clock: 0.28 4TH Quarter Play: 2ND & 10 Start Position: Attacking from your own 20 yard line. You have the whole length of the pitch to cover. 28 seconds does not sound like much time, but it should be plenty if you know what you are doing. Aim to pass through the air to either of your wide receivers. The idea is to get them the ball where they are reasonably close to the sideline. You will want to get them out of bounds BEFORE they are tackled. This will stop the clock and preserve precious time. Also, if the pass is incomplete, the clock will also be stopped. If you manage to work an opportunity to get the whole way to the end-zone, go for it. But a more realistic/easier option is to go for the field goal. If you can manage to get inside 50 yards of the Bengals goals, have a pop. If you are feeling lucky, you can have a go from farther back to try for the 60 yard plus field goal trophy. Brady’s Back ![]() Buffalo Bills -Vs- New England Patriots STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 24 : 19 Clock: 0.55 4TH Quarter Play: 1st & 10 Start Position: Defending on you own 15 yard line. All you have to do is keep the Patriots out of your end-zone. A field goal is not enough for them here, so they will be pushing for the Touchdown. More often than not, Brady is going to try to pass through the air directly. Try to get to him as quickly as you can. You should have a few seconds before he throws. Even if he gets one off, you should find your defense in a reasonable good position to block the pass. Once you manage to keep the Patriots out for all four downs, you will pass the moment. Who Dey? ![]() ![]() Green Bay Packers -Vs- Cincinnati Bengals STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 24 : 31 Clock: 0.45 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking from your own 40 yard line. Your goal here is get a touch down, and do it quickly. As with “The Bungles”, you should aim to pass through the air to either of your wide receivers. The idea is to get them the ball where they are reasonably close to the sideline. You will want to get them out of bounds BEFORE they are tackled. This will stop the clock and preserve precious time. Also, if the pass is incomplete, the clock will also be stopped. Covering ground is an issue here, so I would recommend going with some longer passes. Once you get the Touchdown, do not take the PAT. Press Square to bring up your plays and pick a Run. I found an Outside Handoff tends to work well in this situation. My personal favourite was a HB Stretch. Pull it off and you will receive two points rather than the single point awarded for a PAT. And that is the difference between a win and a draw for this one. Brady and the Jets ![]() ![]() New England Patriots -Vs- New York Jets STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 9 : 16 Clock: 1.13 4TH Quarter Play: 3RD & 10 Start Position: Attacking from your own 40 yard line. Again, your goal here is to make a drive from behind with a limited amount of time available. You start on Third Down and still have 10 yards to make First Down. A running play may be a more reliable way of making sure you make it to First down, but you have to be careful of the clock. Do all you can to get to First Down as quickly as you can, so you have a better position to attack from. Once you manage to get it back to First Down, you will find yourself in a similar position to that in “The Bungles” and “Who Dey?” moments. You should aim to pass through the air to either of your wide receivers. Get them the ball and get them off the pitch to preserve your available time. If you find Brady is being put under pressure, try some Shotgun passes to give yourself a little more time to work with before throwing. Once you get the Touchdown, do not take the PAT. Press Square to bring up your plays and pick a Run. Try an Inside or Outside Handoff play, and go for that 2-Pointer. Oh, That’s Why. ![]() ![]() Minnesota Vikings -Vs- San Francisco 49ers STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 20 : 24 Clock: 0.12 4TH Quarter Play: 3RD & 3 Start Position: Attacking, 30 yards to go. Four points down, twelve seconds left, and 30 yards to cover: you find yourself under a little bit of pressure here. It’s a do-or-die situation. There are two different ways you could approach this moment: by using Short Passing or by launching up a Long Bomb. Short Passing: Try and move your way up the pitch with short passes, diving over the sideline after each play to save time. It is crucial that you pass out to the wings and get your man over the line as quickly as you can. Twelve seconds is not a lot of time to be messing around with. But if you are careful, you should be able to get 3 or 4 plays out of it. Once you manage to get to within ten yards, have a go for the Touchdown. Use either a Quick Pass or a Running Play. Pick your own favoured plays, something you can rely on to work more often than not. The Long Bomb: Go for it and try for the long pass and catch in the End-Zone for the Touchdown. This is the more direct route to your goal, but also the one where you need more things to go your way. You will have two chances to throw from your position before conceding possession and failing the moment. The play you choose is up to you, but I would tend towards a Shotgun Pass to a wide receiver in either corner or the End-Zone. Get your timing right, and you should have a decent chance to make the catch and win the match.

MOMENT GROUP 2 PLAYERS TEAM ON THE LEFT Bungles No More ![]() ![]() Cincinnati Bengals -Vs- Pittsburgh Steelers STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 15 : 20 Clock: 1.00 4TH Quarter Play: 4TH & 2 Start Position: Attacking, 30 yards to go. Your first task here is to make that final two yards to get to First Down. Obviously, you should not Kick or Punt. Instead, select a Running Play to make up the remaining ground. I used an old reliable, the HB Stretch. If it goes well, you should be in a decent position to attack in earnest. From here, it’s up to you. You should have a small enough distance to cover, so I’d recommend either a Quick Pass (say Quick Slants) or another Running Play (your own choice). You are only five points down, so once you get the Touchdown, take the PAT to ensure you are in the lead. Ideally, you will have timed your plays so that there is only a small amount of time left on the clock. You don’t want to give the Steelers much time to counter attack. For the Kick Off after the PAT, choose a standard Kick. You want to hit it at about 70% power. This will be caught just short of the Steelers End-Zone. Try to take out the runner as far into their own half as you can. From here, all you have to do is stop them making ground. If they get into Field Goal range, you’re screwed. So try to keep them in their own half. This is where using up time in your own Plays becomes vital. Keep them bottled up, and the moment is yours. Mile High D ![]() ![]() Denver Broncos -Vs- Dallas Cowboys STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 17 : 10 Clock: 0.27 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & Goal Start Position: Defending, on your own 10 yard line. This one is a little hit or miss, and may require multiple attempts. The Cowboys need a Touchdown to keep the game alive. You have to make sure they don’t get by your defense. My method for this one was pretty simple: put as much pressure on the Quarterback as I could, as quickly as I could. My aim was to sack him if at all possible, or at least put him off his throw. Obviously, this will not always work. He is bound to get a few balls in the air. This is where you will need a little luck. Your hope is that these passes are blocked, incomplete or intercepted. If you manage somehow to intercept a pass, that’s the moment passed right there. Otherwise, your goal is to keep the Cowboys tied up for all Four Downs. Do that, and the moment is yours. Home Field Advantage ![]() ![]() Kansas City Chiefs -Vs- Dallas Cowboys STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 20 : 20 Clock: 14.56 Quarter: OT Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 25 yard line. This one is easy enough. You are attacking and have plenty of time. Your main aim here is to move up the pitch while retaining possession. This is where the Running game comes into its own. Any score will win you this match and the moment, so aim to set up a Field Goal attempt. All you have to do is make it to the Cowboys 40 or 50 yard line. From there, it’s just a matter of slotting the kick. Cardiac Cats ![]() ![]() Cincinnati Bengals -Vs- Baltimore Ravens STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 10 : 14 Clock: 1.47 4TH Quarter Play: 4TH & 1 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 35 yard line. Again, this one is pretty easy, once you manage your time properly. Your main aim here is to move up the pitch while retaining possession. Try to time it so that you get your Touchdown with a minimum of time left over. This means you will be able to take your PAT and the win without having to fend off a counterattack for too long. Win the match, and the moment is yours. Student Is The Master ![]() ![]() Denver Broncos -Vs- New England Patriots STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 17 : 17 Clock: 1.37 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from the 45 yard line. Again, this one is pretty easy. All you really need to do is to run down the time without loosing the ball. That means you should look to your Running game. Firstly, use a Running Play to try to get a little closer to the Patriots End-Zone. You want to be in a position where your Field Goal is a sure thing. Do well, and you should have made First Down. The Patriots will more than likely call a Timeout here. Use a Clock Management play (QB Kneel) to make them call another. That is their last one, so when you call another QB Kneel, they cannot stop you running down the clock. Leave your Field Goal as late as you can, and you should not have any problems winning the match and the moment.

MOMENT GROUP 3 PLAYERS TEAM ON THE LEFT Nevermore ![]() ![]() Baltimore Ravens -Vs- Minnesota Vikings STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 17 : 30 Clock: 3.37 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 30 yard line. This is one of the harder moments, and one which requires a lot of luck to pull off. You have just over three and a half minutes to get two Touchdowns and two PAT’s. It’s a crazy set of criteria to meet, but it can be done. First off, you need to get that first Touchdown. Use the time saving strategy outlined for many of the earlier moments like “The Bungles”. Pass through the air to receivers near the sidelines and once they catch, get over the sideline to kill the clock. Once you get the Touchdown, kick the PAT to get an extra point. Now for the bit that will drive you mad. For the kick off, choose to take an Onside Kick. Your goal is to retrieve the ball to retake possession. Some people say your best chance of getting it is if you kick at 70% power with the accuracy dead on. I however feel that a 50% kick tends to work better. You should experiment with different power levels to find out what you prefer. With a little luck the Vikings will not be able to hold onto the ball, and one of your men will get possession. If it works out, you should be set to go ahead and win the match fairly easily. However, more often than not you will not retrieve the Onside Kick. This means that you will have to get the ball back the old fashioned way. This means stopping the Vikings for four downs, intercepting a pass or reclaiming a fumble. The last two are often more luck than skill, but turning over possession with a good defense is doable. The problem is the time that it takes. If you score your first Touchdown really quickly, you may be able to get the ball back with time enough to have a second go. But more often than not, you will not have the time needed. Also, if trying to defend after failing to retrieve an Onside Kick, the Vikings will already be a fair way up the pitch. Even if you manage to keep them out for three downs, they will more than likely be within Field Goal range. If they score again, you will have no chance to catch up. If this happens you may as well restart. This moment will take many attempts and a boatload of luck to complete. But stick at it and you will get it eventually. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Don’t Lose The Game ![]() ![]() Carolina Panthers -Vs- Buffalo Bills STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 9 : 17 Clock: 5.15 4TH Quarter Play: 4TH & 2 Start Position: Receiving Punt on your 20 yard line. This one is fairly straight forward. You are 8 points down, but have possession and plenty of time. Your first aim is to get a Touchdown. As with so many of the other moments, I’d suggest you pass through the air and head for the sidelines to preserve time. You will want to have enough time after you score the first Touchdown to ride out the Bills time in attack and still have time over to get another score. Important Note: After you score the first Touchdown, use a Running Play to try for a Two-Pointer rather than just taking the one point PAT. This will mean that at the very least, you should be able to get into overtime. For the Kick Off after the first Touchdown, I recommend going for a standard Kick rather than an Onside Kick. You should have plenty of time to work with, so kick it at about 70% power to put the Bills as far down the pitch as you can. All you have to do then is overturn the ball over through four downs, get back up the pitch and score a Field Goal. Extra Chance ![]() ![]() Miami Dolphins -Vs- New Orleans Saints STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 34 : 40 Clock: 2.05 4TH Quarter Play: 4TH & 13 Start Position: Attacking, on the 40 yard line. This is another easy enough moment. You only need a single Touchdown and a PAT to take the lead. You have loads of time, so I’d recommend trying to run it in. Your first task is to make the 13 yards to First Down. Mess this up and you may as well restart. Either try to run the distance with a Running Play like a HB Stretch, or go for a Quick Pass like Slants. Once you make that play, you should have less than 30 yards to go. Keep running at the defense, and you should easily make the yards in time. In fact, you may want to take your time getting the Touchdown. Ideally, you should try to score with only a few seconds left. This will ensure you win the moment. Convert the PAT to take the lead, and pass the moment. Upset That Never Was ![]() ![]() St. Louis Rams -Vs- Indianapolis Colts STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 6 : 28 Clock: 10.00 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 40 yard line. This one is a seriously tall order. You are 22 points down with only a single quarter to close the gap. To tie and take it to OT, you will need to score two Touchdowns with two PAT’s and a Touchdown with a Two-Pointer. To win it outright, you will need to score at least one Touchdown with a PAT and two Touchdowns followed by two Two-Pointer plays. The outright win is what you should be aiming for. Because you have to score so many points, every second is precious. Pass through the air and get your receivers out of play to stop the clock between plays. By now you will probably have your own strategies for getting your Touchdowns, so with the plays you find most reliable. The biggest problem with this moment is that you have to get the ball back from the Colts at least twice between your own Touchdowns, and at the same time do it quickly enough to allow yourself time to score. You can try to retrieve an Onside Kick, but if you fail to get the ball, you leave yourself open to being scored against via a Field Goal. This would kill your chances of making up the score gap, so I’d advise going with a standard Kick Off and trying to get the ball back the old fashioned way. You need a lot of luck to pull this one off. And be prepared to play this one multiple times before you crack it. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Someone Has To Win ![]() ![]() Detroit Lions -Vs- St. Louis Rams STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 10 : 17 Clock: 1.38 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 20 yard line. This one is fairly straight forward. You are 7 points down, but have possession and a reasonable amount of time. Your first aim is to get a Touchdown. As with so many of the other moments, I’d suggest you pass through the air and head for the sidelines to preserve time. Important Note: After you score the Touchdown, use a Running Play or a Quick Pass to try for a Two-Pointer rather than just taking the one point PAT. This is the difference between a win and heading to Over Time. For the Kick Off after the Touchdown, go for the standard Kick. Kick it at about 70% power to put the Rams as far down the pitch as you can. All you have to do then is keep them down their own end of the pitch. If they get back up the pitch and score a Field Goal, you will fail the moment.

MOMENT GROUP 4 PLAYERS TEAM ON THE LEFT NYJ vs. Ginn ![]() ![]() Miami Dolphins -Vs- New York Jets STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 30 : 31 Clock: 2.15 4TH Quarter Play: 2ND & 10 Start Position: Defending, on your own 30 yard line. A defensive moment, and as such a little hit or miss. A Field Goal is no good to the Jets, so they will either Run or Pass until they lose possession. Put as much pressure on the Quarterback as you can. If you get half a chance, try to Sack him. At the very least, try mess with his pass as much as you can. I tended to go with the Gameflow plays, take control of a central player and hold CROSS to automate his movements. More often than not, this would bring me into a position to have a go at the QB. If he does manage to get a pass off, just do your best to block/intercept it. This one may take a few attempts, but keep at it and you will pass it eventually. The Return Of Favre ![]() ![]() Green Bay Packers -Vs- Minnesota Vikings STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 26 : 38 Clock: 3.48 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 25 yard line. This is another one of those Score / Retrieve / Score moments that can drive people mad. As usual, time preservation is key to your success here. Pass through the air out to the sidelines (Corner Strikes work well) and get your receivers out of play to stop the clock. From here, you know the drill. Get your Touchdown, and take your PAT to close the gap to 5 points. Now you have to Kickoff and retrieve the ball. You can try the Onside Kick or the Standard Kick. The drawback of the Onside Kick is that it leaves the Vikings very close to Field Goal range. Hopefully you will have managed to score your first Touchdown with a decent amount of time over. If you cannot get back possession straight away, you will need it to ride out the Vikings plays. You have no timeouts, so you have to be patient. If you keep them in their own half, and get them to Fourth Down, they will Punt the ball back to you. From here, you will probably have around a minute to get that second Touchdown. Repeat your plays from the first Touchdown to win this match and win the moment. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Finish The Comeback ![]() ![]() Kansas City Chiefs -Vs- Jacksonville Jaguars STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 13 : 24 Clock: 1.10 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & Goal Start Position: Attacking, 10 yards out. This is yet another one of those Score / Retrieve / Score moments that can drive people mad. And you only have a minute to do it. Luckily the first Touchdown is wrapped in a lovely bow and just waiting for you to score it. That old reliable, the HB Stretch, seems to work particularly well here. Don’t take the PAT. Use the HB Stretch again to get the Two-Pointer. This will leave you within three, and opens up the opportunity to get a Field Goal to put you into Over Time if you find you can’t manage the Touchdown. Now you have to Kickoff and retrieve the ball. The Onside Kick is your only real option here. You don’t have time for anything else. Kick it at between 50% and 70% and cross your fingers. Get it back, and you should be set to work your way up the pitch. Lose it and you are more than likely screwed. You should play on and hope for an interception or a fumble, but more than likely, the Jags will be able to just run down the time. You only have two timeouts, so there is little you can do to stop them. If you do pull off the Onside Kick Retrieve: Go to the old reliable strategy of passing through the air out to the sidelines (Corner Strikes work well) and get your receivers out of play to stop the clock. From here, you know the drill. Manage to get your Touchdown and the game, and the moment, is yours. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Spoil The Streak ![]() ![]() San Francisco 49ers -Vs- Tennessee Titans STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 20 : 27 Clock: 3.00 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 30 yard line. This one is fairly straight forward. You need a Touchdown and a Two-Pointer to take the lead. You have plenty of time. All you have to do is keep moving up the pitch. Passing through the air seemed to work much better here than trying to run it, but make sure to mix it up a little. Once you get your Touchdown, all you need to do is convert the Two-Pointer to take the lead. If there is time left over, take the standard Kickoff to keep the Titans in their own half. Hit it at 70% to leave them just outside their own End-Zone. Run the clock out to take the win and the moment. Comeback Kid ![]() ![]() New York Giants -Vs- San Diego Chargers STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 20 : 14 Clock: 0.50 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Defending, on your own 40 yard line. A defensive moment, and as such a little hit or miss. A Field Goal is no good to the Chargers, so they will either Run or Pass until they lose possession. Put as much pressure on the Quarterback as you can. If you get half a chance, try to Sack him. At the very least, try mess with his pass as much as you can. I tended to go with the Gameflow plays, take control of a central player and hold to automate his movements. More often than not, this would bring me into a position to have a go at the QB. If he does manage to get a pass off, just do your best to block/intercept it. If you manage to turn over possession via an interception or by retrieving a fumble, you will pass the moment straight away. This one may take a few attempts, but keep at it and you will pass it eventually.

Gradkowski Shines ![]() ![]() Oakland Raiders -Vs- Kansas City Chiefs STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 10 : 16 Clock: 0.38 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from 25 yards out. This is a simple moment to pass. You are 6 points down with 40 odd seconds left and 25 yards to go. All you need to do is get your Touchdown and convert the PAT. Passing through the air is the way to go. Go with your favored plays, and keep an eye on the clock. Win the match to pass the moment. Vince-anity! ![]() ![]() Tennessee Titans -Vs- Houston Texans STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 17 : 17 Clock: 2.52 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 10 yard line. This is another fairly simple moment to pass. You are level with just short of three minutes left with the length of the pitch ahead of you. All you need to do is hold onto the ball and score a Field Goal near the end to win the match. For a change, you actually have way too much time. So go to your running game and run the ball up the pitch. This will keep the ball in your hands, and keep the clock ticking. Once you get within 30 odd yards of the Texans goal, dawdle a bit. Let the clock run. Use a QB Kneel if you have to. The idea is to take a Field Goal kick with only a few seconds left to go. This will ensure the Texans have no time to come back at you. Win the match to pass the moment. Capital Punishment ![]() ![]() Washington Redskins -Vs- Dallas Cowboys STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 6 : 7 Clock: 2.00 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 35 yard line. This is another fairly simple moment to pass. You are one down with two minutes left with the length of the pitch ahead of you. All you need to do is hold onto the ball and score a Field Goal near the end to win the match. For the second moment in a row, you actually have way too much time. So go to your running game and run the ball up the pitch. This will keep the ball in your hands, and keep the clock ticking. Once you get within 30 odd yards of the Cowboys goal, let the clock run. Use a QB Kneel if you have to. The idea is to take a Field Goal kick with only a few seconds left to go. This will ensure the Cowboys have no time to come back at you. Win the match to pass the moment. What Injury? ![]() ![]() Detroit Lions -Vs- Cleveland Browns STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 31 : 37 Clock: 0.01 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & Goal Start Position: Attacking, with 5 yards to go. This one is really quick and easy. You are 6 down with only a few yards to go, and one second left on the clock. Pick a Running play (Stretch), get your Touchdown and convert the PAT. As simply as that, its moment passed.

MOMENT GROUP 6 PLAYERS TEAM ON THE LEFT Perfection Continues? ![]() ![]() Baltimore Ravens -Vs- Indianapolis Colts STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 15 : 17 Clock: 2.42 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Defending, 20 yards out. This is another defensive moment, but thankfully one of the easier ones. You are 2 points down, but are deep in the Colts half. Your goal is the get possession by stopping them for 4 downs. They will punt on the Fourth Down to give you back possession. If you manage to turn over possession via an interception or by retrieving a fumble, you will be in a great position. Once you get the ball back, run it to get into Field Goal range. Leave it until the last few seconds, and then take the kick to win by one. Another moment passed. Smelling Like Roses ![]() ![]() Tennessee Titans -Vs- Arizona Cardinals STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 13 : 17 Clock: 2.37 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 5 yard line. This one is fairly straight forward. You need a Touchdown to take the lead. You have plenty of time. All you have to do is keep moving up the pitch. Mix it up with both Passing through the air and using Running plays. The idea is to keep moving forward while running out the clock. Your aim is to get your Touchdown as late as possible. If there is time left over, take the standard Kickoff and keep the Cardinals in their own half. Hit it at 70% to leave them just outside their own End-Zone. Run the clock out to take the win and the moment. New Season, Same Game ![]() ![]() Houston Texans -Vs- Indianapolis Colts STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 20 : 35 Clock: 2.52 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 30 yard line. This is yet another one of those Score / Retrieve / Score moments that can drive people mad. And you only have just under 3 minutes to do it. As usual, you should preserve your time by passing through the air, and getting your receivers out to stop the clock. Using your preferred plays, you should be able to get the first Touchdown without too much bother. Don’t take the PAT. You will need to get two Two-Pointers to make up the score gap and win the match. After getting the first Two-Pointer, you will be within seven points. You should play on and hope for an interception or a fumble, but more than likely, the Colts will be able to just run down the time. If you do pull off the Onside Kick Retrieve: Go to the old reliable strategy of passing through the air out to the sidelines (Corner Strikes work well) and get your receivers out of play to stop the clock. From here, you know the drill. Manage to get your Touchdown, and you will have the opportunity to go for the Two-Pointer and the Win. Another tough moment passed. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Clipped Wings ![]() ![]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers -Vs- Atlanta Falcons STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 17 : 13 Clock: 2.30 4TH Quarter Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Defending, 60 yards out. This one is another defensive moment. You are 4 points up, so a Field Goal is no good to the Falcons, so they will either Run or Pass until they lose possession. A Rocky Situation ![]() ![]() Washington Redskins -Vs- Philadelphia Eagles STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 24 : 27 Clock: 1.09 4TH Quarter Play: 4TH & 1 Start Position: Defending, 60 yards out. This one is fairly straight forward. You need a Touchdown to take the lead, a Field Goal to go to Over Time. You have plenty of time. All you have to do is keep moving up the pitch. Mix it up with both Passing through the air and using Running plays. Make sure to make the yardage when you start though, as you will lose possession if you don’t. If this happens, quit and restart.

This is yet another one that is fairly straight forward. You need a Touchdown to take the lead, or a Field Goal to tie. You have plenty of time, almost too much time. All you have to do is keep moving towards the End-Zone. You should be using Running plays to keep the ball in hand and at the same time running down the clock. Make sure to make the yardage when you start though, as you are a little short of downs to be messing about too much. If this happens, quit and restart. They will punt on the Fourth Down to give you back possession. Important Point: You want to keep them out of Field Goal range. This is another defensive moment, one of the harder ones. You are 4 down, and are backed up inn your own half. Your goal is stopping the Chargers from getting a Touchdown. They will take a Field Goal on the Fourth Down and will leave you 7 behind. There is little you can do to stop them scoring the Field Goal. Put as much pressure on the Quarterback as you can. If you get half a chance, try to Sack him. At the very least, try mess with his pass as much as you can. If he does manage to get a pass off, just do your best to block/intercept it. If you manage to turn over possession via an interception or by retrieving a fumble, you will be in a great position. Once you get the ball back, pass through the air to make up ground. Get your receivers over the sideline to kill the clock between plays. A Field Goal is no good to you here. You will need a Touchdown followed By a Two-Point play, so go all out for it. Keep an eye on the time, as it goes quickly. With a little luck and perseverance, that should be another moment passed. A prime candidate for a little player statistic manipulation. Desert Shootout ![]() ![]() Green Bay Packers -Vs- Arizona Cardinals STARTING CONDITIONS Score: 45 : 45 Clock: 15.00 Quarter: OT Play: 1ST & 10 Start Position: Attacking, from your own 20 yard line. This is an easier one than most to finish up Moment Group 9. You have plenty of time, are in possession and the next score wins. Your aim is to set up a Field Goal. That means getting to within 40 yards or so. All you have to do is keep moving up the pitch by mixing up some Passing Plays through the air and Running Plays on the ground. You shouldn’t have much trouble getting into range. Once you make the kick, its game over. Now all that’s left is the Super Bowl.
