Saving the game

How do I save the game manually? Like in the middle of a quest.
Halfway through Bree I quit and wanted to continu later, but then I had to redo the quest from the start.

There is no manual save.

Best thing I can suggest, if you haven't finished the game already, is to just watch for the "Saving..." icon at the top-right of the screen.

Once you see that, you can quit the game, return to the Shire, or whatever. It's what I done in the Fangorn Forest once I was at the entrance to the forest, and it saved. I returned to the Shire to get the quest "Amon Hen". Once I completed it, I went back to the story and it started where I left off.

Didnt ever quit but some places it says saving so you should be able to start from there
