PS3 users will not get trophies for 'Legend of Dead Kel', it is confirmed by the devs.

Very sad and like many others have said, if one part don't get 'em, no one should.
But anyways, I don't play games solely for the trophies, so I'm going to enjoy the DLC anyway.

No Dead Kel trophies/achievements on console?

We know.. Guess you haven't been really up2date.. We're not getting them. Not at all. That's what we are complaining about.

Still hate that they 'legally can't talk about it'. It's ridiculous. They're just a few trophies.. I'm still skeptical. I feel there's more to it. It might be Sony, but I have a feeling it's more than that.

38/BHG can't tell us the real reason (legal ramifications and all). The best guess is it is something shady between Microsoft and EA. Who initiated the shady dealings is anyone's guess.

I wish this "console war" crap would stop. All it does is hurt the consumer.

Why do you think there is no mention, by us, of there being no trophy support?
And I'll end one potential path of this conversation by telling you had we designed the DLC without achievements or trophies, we'd have made sure users of the Xbox and the PS3 knew that. (link)

I love KOA but i am not buying the DLC yet as i have a lot of games to play with trophies MGS HD collection, NG3, ME3 and i still want to finish off some trophies on my other games Darkness2 and alot more. I don't buy games because trophies, why should i when every game & DLC has them and if i did i would be an xbox owner seening as the PS3 has not always had them. And why should PS3 uesers not have them and still have to paid full price for the DLC, because like or not some of the product is missing.

As I mentioned in a similar thread, regardless of whether you care about trophies or not, you should care about the precedent this sets. I'm not going to try to talk anyone out of buying the DLC if they really want it, but if you're on the fence, I recommend you skip it .
