im actually looking forward to this thread but im at 90/95 cars at the moment i think i will be done very soon but i would love to help.


EDIT: i dont think map locations of hidden vehicles is important because they will be revealed to you anyways once you level up. but there are some other rare vehicles that drive me

Keep them coming. That is exactly what I have been doing for the cars is taking two screens, one of the map and the other of the vehicle sitting in its spot. I started on the top leftmost corner of the map and I am just running around hitting parking lots. Now some will likely only spawn from time to time but I am starting with a fresh game with only about 10 cars from completing the game storyline. I will post the images soon but I want to wait until I have most of the list first. I might try to find the ones listed by location already as a good start too but I am sorta passed that. hehe.

I'm sorry, but I've tried this spot at least 3 or 4 times, and I've never found it
In the end, I found it (my last car) on the intersection of Wilshire and Virgil, during free roaming.

There's a faster way to aquire the Packard Custom

Go to the Arson Desk and start the 'Hot Property' street crime. A chase will start and the criminal will cross the street and enter a parking lot. At this point, there are 2 ways to aquire the car.

1) Once he enters the parking lot, a Packard Custom will also enter the parking lot, almost hitting you.

2) When you follow the criminal, he goes left on the parking lot and cross a street. Keep looking on your left. Behind a fence is the Packard Custom.
