I'd recommend checking out moves list too. The Riposte is a special attack, different from any other attack you do. It has a unique slow-mo animation. You'll know when you land your first one.

I checked online and saw a couple videos showing the move and I am even more confused now then before. The videos showed the same three move combo that I remember seeing in the past but have not been able to duplicate since. This most definitely does not occur when I attack out of a parry. As I stated above I hit square right after parrying and nothing happens, I simply reamin still and it's only after hitting square a second time that I attack and it is then just a basic attack. I must be missing something with regards to the actual timing of that first press.

Parry is the slo-mo.
The Riposte move with Fae-blades is a speedy series of jumping spins which occur at normal speed after the slow-mo (when you hit attack during the parry). It is totally distinct from your normal Fae-blade moves This particular Riposte can kill about 3-4 Boggarts in one sequence (in the 1st region) so you can get this trophy really fast once you have your Riposte move.

This exactly. You just have to spam attack right after a parry - there isn't any cue to do so, you just have to spam it. When you do your first one, there is no mistaking it. I was a little concerned about this trophy for that exact reason, that I may not know what I was supposed to do..... no issue at ALL.

Does anyone know if upping the difficulty to Hard increases the XP you get? Pretty much all I have left is leveling up for a Top Tier destiny, and I still need like 2 and a half levels.
I know I can do a bunch of stuff to up my experience gains (like fateshift, blessings, enchantments, potions, ect..) but even still it is taking forever. The Tuatha in Alabastra only give me between 150 and 400, and 900 for the Prismere Trolls. I'd do quests, but most of them only give like 1500 XP for finishing them, so its not really worth the time and I just want to get it over with Any tips, or am I just gonna have to grind this out?

But yeah, I believe the difficulty has no bearing on the amount of exp you earn. |

Also, equip some gear that gives bonus XP. I think I got some good rogue gear from House of Valor that gives about 10% extra XP. Craft some bonus XP potions, XP giving gems and gear, fate shift big enemies [right after popping XP boost potion] and you should level up in no time.

Ok, so both Foiled Again and Riposte popped last night within about 20 minutes of each other. Whew! I was getting very frustrated up til that point because no matter what I tried I wasn't getting the 3 hit combo pictured in the video. When Riposte finally dinged I was like what the - ? Damn glad that is out of the way.
