Default persuasion hints

-in camp moondown when u have to rally the army u have 4 persuasion checks

-there is also a quest called : the walk amongst us where u also have 3 persuasion checks
its is given just outside of the town emaire in the forsaken plain. in the camp by elrod edman

-there is also a quest or something in rathir underground where there is a man rambling( nuer bedlym) and u have to use persuasion 3 times to discredit him u get the quest but doing quest for the temple of lyria. the quest is called the orison

-and in tirins rest in the shop cergren & brad mercantile there is also a pursuasion option, ask the question " it's very peacefull here? "

-at the end of the house of ballads i also remember having the option to persuade her

-and in the house of sorrows there is also a persuasion option at the end

-at the end of the game u also get a persuasion check with alyn shir

-in adessa the hospitalis there is a petition board with the mission the tithes that bind.
this requires you to persuade 3 shop owners to donate some of their profits

-the quest The Indignitaries in ysa also gives 3 pursuasion checks. its given by squire brio

- in the village tirin's rest there is a man called atheof cergren in need of help finding his daughter.
you can persuade him to pay upfront

-There is also a persuasion check during the warsworn questline in rathir when you have to get into the secret base in the customs office.

-Theres also one in Windrock (hope the names right, cause I played the german version). In the middle of the city is a caged man, who tells you to get the key for cage from one of the guards. Don't steal it. Talk to the guard and you get another persuasion.

-In the house of sorrows in one of the first (if not the first) quests you have to talk to a blue sphere (3 times) and can get 3 persuasions.

-If you have the "Online-Pass" Arena Quests there is one after (I think) the 4th arena fight, where you have to meet a guy behind the market stairs.

-In the quest for red legion daggers from Delph in Bogart (first village) you can persuade the first guy in Bogart to give away his dagger without a fight.

-Quest given by temple in Bogart, you can persuade the 2 "false faes" that the Silke Veil is cursed and keep it.

-For the quest in Ettinmere for the named daggers "shade and something" you could persuade the gnome and keep the daggers.

-For the quest from a traveler near the first warsworn camp where you must collect antelopes to kill a troll, you can persuade the traveller and keep the accessory.

if anyone else knows of some others pleas add them in this thread

Was wondering just how many total speech checks there were in the game as I haven't encountered more than a half dozen or so in my first 12hrs. Thanks for the rundown.

There's a quest with 3 persuasion checks in Ysa, something about the order of 4 people approaching the king.

In Alabastra the first camp questline where you have to defend the camp, there are 4 or 5 persuasions. The first where you have to get the merceneries and 3 or 4 when you have to give a speech to the soldiers.

Theres also one in Windrock (hope the names right, cause I played the german version). In the middle of the city is a caged man, who tells you to get the key for cage from one of the guards. Don't steal it. Talk to the guard and you get another persuasion.

Thanks, that puts me 1 closer to 50, i wished there was a way to see how many times you've successfully persuaded someone..anyways, for clarification the town in the NA version is Whitestone

Yeah, that's one of my few complaints with the game. The stats section isn't nearly fleshed out enough for my taste. I don't know if the devs who decide on trophies are different from those that incorporate the stats menu but you'd think they'd sync up.

Okay so question if anybody knows - I was 20+ hours into the game when I learned about the hard mode trophy, so I'm going to have to do a second playthrough anyway. What I want to know is, do you have to get all 50 persuasions during one playthrough or can I finish up the trophy during my second? There were a few persuasions at the start of the game that I skipped, so I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to get the trophy this time around.
