When I played this quest, after some time he left the Inn and went to the bridge on the left and there I stole the Item from him. His Eye-Icon is filling pretty fast and so if it's empty I suggest to create a save before stealing, so you can reload if it doesn't work.

Try standing behind him and talking to him. He will turn to face you. Then move around to the other side and crouch down. Wait until the people in the tavern can't see you and pickpocket away...

What does "killing and enemy with abilities" mean ? Ive killed trongs of enemys using activated abilities (R1 + something ) and noticed the freaking trophy wouldnt pop, so I figure hey maybe abilities are thos special attacks you get for a certain weapon when you invest points in the specialisation skills and killed another trong of enemy using my daggers dodge attack, charge attack and delay attack and still no freaking trophy.

Wth is killing with abilities suposed to be ?

The abilities r the things u press R1 for im pretty sure... r u sure u finished the enemies off with the R1 move? or did u just hit them half way through a fight and kill them with something else?

Im pretty sure I killed them with the abilities but since everything I do apply retarded poison and bleeding damage to my enemys they might be dying from that, its the only possible explanation to whats happening...

Ill keep killing ppl with my abilities and see what happens.

I'm having difficulty with this as well. The damn fool never seems to move from his spot.

just get caught and pay the fine
if u get caught u still have the item

That would only be logical and since I didn't actually wait until nightfall perhaps I was a bit premature in my frustration.

I try to save the finishing blow for my Lightning spell, Mark of Flame, or a charged arrow. So far I've gotten the first one of those trophies, I think for killing 100 with abilities? Haven't gotten the second one yet.
