Does anybody still play this?

I bought Killzone 3 again after trading it in and wanted to play the multiplayer. And it seems like noone plays this game nomore. I either get put into a match my self or with 2 other players.

Is it dead?

I've always get full matches, anytime.
Just one time i've enter in a 1x1, but i just leave and search again.

It still has an active multiplayer, just not on the dlc maps. If you're trying on the dlc maps that might be your problem, try switching map selection to any. That helps find games quickly.

Maybe because it's the Australia region. I tried the North America region and I get more players but the game lags alot.

It's probably that, i've seen a bunch of asian guys in the US servers too.

I ordered this yesterday (AU$30 on game.com.au... free shipping, woohoo!!) and if I recall, on Killzone 2, I used to set the search to worldwide. Does it still have that setting?

Also, I haven't checked, but can DLC trophies be done against bots in this one? I remember in KZ2 you could... they weren't really all that difficult to do legit, it's just nice to know what your options are

If people aren't playing DLC, it'd be good to know they're still obtainable!

I don't remember there being a wordwide option, you have to choose a specific region. There are quite a few to choose from though.

No the dlc trophies can't be done with bots, they have to be done in ranked matches. Sad thing is there aren't many, if any games going on with dlc available. If you search for a long time you might get into a match though. I did that awhile back and managed to get my last 2 map specific trophies, it was a 1v1 but that's all I needed.

Its been quiet in the Australia region. I have been having trouble trying to get into matches. I got into one after waiting for 10 minutes

. how do you change your region in Killzone 3? Since I dont play it very often.

I still get full matches, but only later in the day. Lot of hardcore fans enjoy it, so the online should be "alive" in some form for a long time.
