Heroic Survivor - Elite difficulty *Tips*

I'm done with the online trophies, and guess what?!
Heroic Survivor trophy remains for the valuable Platinum.

I'm currently in Tharsis Refinery, pretty close to Visari Palace, I think.
So, I'd like you to give me some tips about everything (weapons, strategies etc).

There are also quite a few other threads on the last level. Be prepared for a challenge, as the last level is what gives this game such a high platinum difficulty

Oh great, I'm stuck in Tharsis Refinery (train-tank) now!

Could anyone tell me the process I should follow to get through the tank on the train?

EDIT: Ok, I finally completed Tharsis Refinery. I got through the tank, using a strategy I saw on YouTube. Here it is:

I haven't finished the elite mode yet (I saved the Radec fight for today). Anyway tips for the elite. Basically I didn't find it hard at all apart from few moments the ones mentioned in the guide.

1. Raffinery tank, I ran to the left side of the blockade and fired 3 times with rocket launcher (sometimes they kill you sometimes they won't) try few times. When tank is destroyed run to the gun in previous location and finish everyone. Watch out before the checkpoint few enemies will be coming down for you. I used the bolt gun.

2. Raffinery entire level use the electric gun once you beat the heavy. Do not pick anything else it makes it very easy.

3. In the next level (cruiser?) i knifed 90% of opponents.
