As for how it plays, looks like there are no official reviews worth caring about, but message boards here and there are usually a good indication of what to expect.

If FPS = win and Dinosaurs = win then this will be win:win for you.

It's currently on my list of things to import from Play-Asia (along with the God of War (1&2) collection) at the moment.

This game is over quickly, has horrible voice acting (truly awful), and a lame story. That being said it was still fun shooting dinosaurs and there were some laughs (not from the story, but from the lacking gameplay).

It will leave you wanting more if you expect much of anything from it. There are 14 levels and it's mainly just shooting raptors the whole game. There was a decent variety of raptors (4 or 5 types) and an average weapon selection. Some of the weapons like the 1855 Rifle and the Black Powder Rifle are completely useless. You'll want to stick with a shotgun and at least one of the stronger automatics.

The boss battles are pretty straight forward and not that exciting. The first Spinosaurus battle was the only fun one (and a funny Jurassic Park III reference when you win). The Tyrannosaurus battle was pretty lame, to be honest - shoot the charging t-rex, fight off pteranodons for a minute, repeat.

It's a decent budget game but only if you're renting it. If you like dinosaurs then you'll get some more enjoyment out of it but it's really not that good of a game.

Great Description... I'm thinking about renting it from Gamefly but I was wondering if it's an easy platinum or not? If it isn't I won't put it high on my "Q".

For anyone who is interested, I thought this was a very easy platinum. I think it took about 10 hrs, so definitely doable in a day or a weekend. In fact, I thought this game was pretty decent. I mean yeah it sucks and its short, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was also more fun than I had anticipated. That being said, I don't think its worth a buy, unless maybe it dropped down to about $20. Definitely recommend a rental though!
