Platinum Difficulty Rating

Finally got it. Mostly stuck on the stadium races class 3 and 2. They have a very strict time to get gold times, and just a few mistakes and missed turbo charges will make fail. Jetboard is also annoying, but managed it somehow. I don't see this game to hard, although the first time I played it on PS2 I remember having trouble with few missions and bosses.
Thought at first that I would have to go with orb glitch thanks to beacon mission crashing the game, but eventually managed to get it legit (the only way platinums should be achieved).
I go for 6/10.

6. Very annoying game, very annoying plat. Uow, the first one was great, this game sucks. Can't remember the last time I wanted so badly to throw the controller at the tv...

3. With the orb glitch, this is more easy. Some story missions are brutal tough. Anyway, with past experience in the PS2, I didn't die as much as in the PS2 version 8 years ago.

I give it a 6.
Most of the campaign was hard but it wasnt impossible.
The wack a mole game mission was a pain, took me about an hour of tries.

7 - easily the most difficult of the three games. Some really annoying missions and having to rerun the game to get orbs (legit) certainly adds to this!

8- so far this has been the hardest game to platinum especially considering I gave the Precursor Legacy 1 in difficulty rating. Most of the trophies were campaign related but the most annoying trophy was the 286 precursor orb trophy. Safe to say there were many missions in the story were also quite tough with respawn points being at the start of the mission.

I will say that this was the hardest to platinum so far, I have only platinumed 5 other games and this without checking how the third one stacks up. If you get platinum in a legit way, you would have seen more of haven city then you would normally like.

After my 5 and a half month break, it's time to rate.

More annoying than actually difficult. Oh, and whoever did not Dark Bomb the water after grabbing the second seal piece: I feel sorry for you.

4 - Used the orb glitch as I have no interest in either following a collection guide or looking around every corner to scrounge a bunch of crap that adds no value to the gameplay.

I'm so sick of collecting meaningless crap in games just to complete a last trophy so I can get the plat.

A solid 8 from me.

I'll be honest and admit that I used an orb glitch, BUT, I did however collected every orb in the game 8 years ago when it first came out on PS2. I remember raging, crying, spitting, clawing my cheeks in utter rage.

I give that my honest review of the game for being unfair in checkpoints and ridiculous time attacks on crappy hover vehicles. At least this time I found an easier way through the game without firing up my blood pressure.
