Road Map:

Step 1: Play Through Episodes

The DLC is very easy and should pose little difficulty to obtain the 100%. Simply play through all 10 episodes included with Jack Pack 4. If you need help with any of the answers, see this post for an Answer Guide. Use the aforementioned Answer Guide to correctly identify the Wrong Answers of the Game in order to obtain the corresponding prizes from each sponsor. Ideally, once all of the 10 episodes are completed JACK Sack, Cock of the Wok, Hot Butter and Animal Husband will all be obtained. If you made sure to collect each prize in all 10 episodes, Overprize Load will also unlock.

Step 2: Mop Up (Optional)

In the unlikely event that you’re missing any of the 5 trophies after playing through all 10 episodes, now is the time to go back and get them. Use episode select to obtain any of the remaining trophies you may have missed on your first playthrough.

JACK Sack
Play all episodes in JACK Pack 4

Simply play through all 10 episodes available in the Jack Pack 4 DLC, either in single-player or with friends. Answering the questions correctly is not required for this trophy to unlock.

Cock of the Wok
Get 3 food questions correct in JACK Pack 4

Questions of different categories are asked throughout Jack Pack 4. Answer 3 questions that are of the ‘food’ variety correctly, and the trophy will unlock. To ensure that you obtain the trophy on your first playthrough, follow this post for the answers to every question in Jack Pack 4. If you answer a 'food' question incorrectly, don't be discouraged as there are more than three of them.

Hot Butter
Get 3 movie questions correct in JACK Pack 4

Questions of different categories are asked throughout Jack Pack 4. Answer 3 questions that are of the ‘movie’ variety correctly, and the trophy will unlock. Overprize Load
Collect all 10 prizes in JACK Pack 4

All 10 episodes have a “Wrong Answer of the Day” (henceforth referred to as WAOTD) question. If you correctly identify and choose the WAOTD as your answer, a prize is obtained. Once all 10 prizes are obtained (1 per episode), the trophy will unlock. See this post for the Jack Pack 4 WAOTDs. You'll know you've collected the prize if a present icon appears next to that particular episode.
