The Arrest - bad Karma somehow?

I've just completed The Arrest (trash bot in junk yard) and got an evil outcome? I'm trying to play as good, I'm already at hero rank, will this bad Karma affect my good playthrough?

No, if you mean the trophies, it won't. You don't need to have 100% good or 100% evil, as long as your karma is in the right place. From what I remember, some missions do affect the opposing karma and there is nothing you can do about them. Carry on, you'll be fine

I've done some story missions and it says 'Your actions have made you slightly more evil'. I figured its because I might have killed some civilians in the crossfire.

But like fletchar said, it won't make a major difference to your playthrough.

Oh good, I was just thinking about how much it would suck to have to start over on my current play thru...
