Is it worth redoing NTA?

So I've beaten the game on normal and cleared all the normal time attacks, got the collector trophy, and started hard mode. When I saved, I accidentally overwrite my
NTA file with all the items I just won. Is there any point in doing nta over again? I figure no, since ill have to do HTA anyway and I can clean up fruits and lizards after I do that on my hard game+. My only concern is that maybe one of the NTA items is very useful for finishing the collectible trophies. Did anybody find this to be the case or will it be easy.enough after HTA?

You get rewards to locate lizards and fruits in both time attacks. No reason to worry about the NTA. I ended up getting max health/stamina in hard mode after the HTA anyway because the Queen's Sword makes everything simple.

Wouldn't worry about it at all.

At least on Hard mode when you reach the secret garden you can jump off and parachute down

The one thing NTA does have over HTA is the Flash Arrow. They're a lot more effective at lizard killing than the normal arrows. You can kill all the lizards just fine without them, just be sure you kill the lizard and not just take its tail off.
