Introduction:

This game is a remake of “Hyperdimension Neptunia”, which was released on the PS3 in Japan back in 2010. Both the gameplay and the story have been remade. While you likely won’t care much about the story until the localization releases unless you happen to know Japanese, you’ll notice that with the difference of the Remake system replacing scouts and the item crafting feature, the gameplay is largely the same as Victory, with a few changes to controls due to the difference between the Vita and the PS3.

Walkthrough:

  1. First Playthrough

During this step, just focus on enjoying the game for all it’s worth because afterwards, you’ll be going through some major grinding on the way to your platinum. With that said, try to get Item Master (S) and any one of the Candidate recruitments out of the way so that you will have enough MB on your second playthrough to get the remaining two candidate recruitments. Also, it is highly recommended that you start NG+ on a True Ending save since you’ll get the best armor in the game (神界の腕輪) this way, which will help immensely on your third partial playthrough while fighting Clione hundreds of times to get up to 100 million credits. See Chapter 8 Cleared (B) for tips on clearing the game.
  2. Second Playthrough (NG+ and remaining CPU Candidates)

All right, now the real fun begins. During this playthrough, you’ll first want to focus on getting the remaining two candidates recruited, which will require you getting to Chapter 8 in order to unlock the recipes if you haven’t done so already, which shouldn’t take you long at all since you keep everything from your first playthrough (yes, even recruited candidates) excluding shares and any story-related items (for example, the heroes’ weapons that you receive near the end of the game) and, if you started NG+ on your True End save, you’ll have the best armor in the game. After that, you will want to focus on getting everyone to Level 99. See Neptune level max (S) for tips on making the leveling process easier. Next, you’ll want to focus on unlocking as many of the recipes on your way to unlocking ミレニアムの迷宮 as you can, though if you do this step on or before Chapter 5, you can just unlock it outright and save yourself a partial playthrough, though doing so means you’ll have to be more careful with how you spend your MB, which is why I recommend going through with the partial playthrough so you can see more of what the Remake system has to offer. See Billionaire (B) for details on what recipes must be unlocked. Finally, you’ll need to beat the game again to get into your third playthrough if necessary for Billionaire (B). If you didn’t get either ending yet, now is your chance to get its trophy.
  3. Third (Partial) Playthrough (NG+ Again) (Optional)

For this playthrough, all you’ll have to do is get to Chapter 5 and unlock the remaining recipes necessary for unlocking ミレニアムの迷宮 and its tough foes if you haven’t already. Once you’ve done this, get ready for the biggest grind in the entire game: getting to 100M credits. See Billionaire (B) for tips on how to make the grind go by faster.
  4. Cleanup

You most likely won’t have to do this, but just in case, clean up any trophies you may have somehow missed while playing and enjoy your hard-earned platinum.

NOTE: The following translations for the trophies are the translations shown when viewing the game’s trophies on an English system, so any grammatical errors are the fault of those who translated the list for PSN, not the guide author. These errors are kept in to make it somewhat easier to locate trophies, and also because some of the errors are kind of funny with a certain mindset.

Story-related

As a note, there is only one dungeon that unlocks in this chapter. Once you unlock the dungeon, you can make two saves and get one ending each on the two saves to get both endings out of the way on one playthrough.

As a note, make sure to check the world map for any green message boxes and click them and check the landmasses for any info sources (go into the green option after clicking on a landmass, which will also sometimes be required for events in the story) since this will be your main method of getting discs and recipes, both of which will be extremely important to getting this plat.

Your first playthrough will inevitably be your hardest one because unlike the next one and a half playthroughs, you’ll start off at Level 1 with barely anything. That said, there are some ways to make the game easier.

First of all, when you reach Chapter 2, you can buy the ornament 生命の指輪, which increases your HP by 2500, which will help you quite a bit when it comes to survival.

Also, there are some recipes in the remake system that can simplify the game for you (all of the following recipes are unlocked through gathering info unless stated otherwise).

First up are the recipes, 敵を強くする and 敵を弱くする, which make enemies stronger and weaker respectively, and both will have their uses, believe it or not. Making the enemies stronger early in the game and then weakening them when things get harder can actually make the latter half of the game somewhat easier since you’ll have levelled up more than you should have in the first half, making you slightly overpowered in the latter half. I’d recommend making the enemies stronger up until the robot boss in Chapter 4, though if you’re willing to put in some hard work, you can reasonably last until the tech expo in Chapter 5, which is when I personally made the enemies weaker (granted, that was because I hadn’t realized that I made the enemies stronger, though the rest of the game was a breeze after I made them weaker).

Alternatively, you can just 敵を弱くする as soon as you can for an experience that is somewhat easier than the original game throughout.

As for how to make the recipes, 敵を強くする will require two of マッスルブースター, which can be found in the blue cubes in 西風の吹く渓谷 and ザラット神殿 and the recipe 敵を弱くする will require two of 謎の発光体, which can be found in the question mark icons in 西風の吹く渓谷 without the item change on, though it can be a rare drop.

There is also an unlockable recipe in Chapter 5 (イケイケEXEドライヴ) that increases the rate at which the EXE Drive Gauge fills up. In order to complete the recipe, you need one 新式魔光動力炉, which is gotten via a story-related boss in Chapter 4.

ノーマルエンドを見た

[Normal Ending]

[Watched the normal Ending]

You’ll get this ending by default if the conditions for the True End are not met by the time you activate the event in the only dungeon in Chapter 8.

In Chapter 8, if you want to get both endings out of the way in one playthrough, you can make two saves once the first and only dungeon of the chapter is unlocked and go for one ending on the first save and the other ending on the second save, though doing so is pointless since you’ll need two full playthroughs anyway and there is no reason that you should need more than one 神界の腕輪 throughout the game.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/2354/851.jpg トゥルーエンド (G)(H)

トゥルーエンドを見た

[True Ending]

[Watched the true Ending]

This ending is unlocked if you activate the event in Chapter 8’s only dungeon with each nation (the first four share bars on the world map) having at least 20% of the world shares and the Other shares (the fifth red bar on the world map) being at 0%. This can be easily done using quests and Colosseum battles to balance out the share bars.

It is recommended that you start your New Game Plus playthrough on the save that you got the True Ending on so that you have the 神界の腕輪, which is the best armor in the game.

In Chapter 8, if you want to get both endings out of the way in one playthrough, you can make two saves once the first and only dungeon of the chapter is unlocked and go for one ending on the first save and the other ending on the second save, though doing so is pointless since you’ll need two full playthroughs anyway, and there is no reason that you should need more than one 神界の腕輪 throughout the game.

[Neptune level max]

[Neptune reached level 99]

First, it is best to go for this once you have every possible party member (all four recruitable candidates as well as every story-related character, which will be best achieved in Chapter 8)

To speed up getting to Level 99, there are two things you should do. First, you should make the recipe 取得経験値アップ, which is a hidden treasure in ルウィー雪原 (use :square: to send out a ring in a dungeon to search for a treasure). To fulfill the recipe, you must have three of 違法超高級改造回路, which can be found as a drop from the monster DSTT from アヴニール第四重機倉庫.

Next, you must get at least one disc that can handle a Lv. 5 Red Chip, which shouldn’t be a problem if you’ve been talking to ? every chance that you get (none of the discs obtained through other info sources can handle this kind of chip). Personally, I had four that met this requirement, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Next, you must procure the red chip リセット前提, which is in a blue cube in the dungeon ト・キデン洞窟 (this is one of the dungeons you will unlock on your way to ガソブレ地下空洞 for the trophy Billionaire (B)). Now you can apply it to as many discs as you can until you run out of either discs or chips.

Next, you will want to be on Chapter 8 since it has a fairly easy foe to beat who gives a base 800,000 experience points, which goes up to 1,000,000 after turning on the 取得経験値アップ recipe. The only thing is that you will need a tough foe recipe to face him.

In order to get the tough foe recipe for 天界に至る道, you need simply to check your info sources as one of them will have the recipe. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need the item チェックの尾ひれ, which can be gotten as a drop from the tough foe (recipe off) ドリコリンコプス of ツイーゲ森林.

Once all of these conditions are met, you will be able to face off against the enemy ジセダイキ. I’d highly recommend giving your discs to the party members that have the lowest level so they can catch up fast. Also, I’d recommend that for your party setup, the members in the back should all have the support ability that increases EXP gain (support effects are listed in the top-right corner on the party setup screen when you highlight a character; the support effect in question will be unmissable because it has EXP right in the name). As for your frontlines, I’d recommend putting the members with the highest STR/INT stats on the frontlines and identifying in battle who is the most useful so you may keep that particular character in the frontlines throughout the session to make the battles go by quicker.

Before going into the battle with the robot tough foe, I’d recommend charging your EXE Drive Gauge by battling the normal enemies so that you can spam EXE Drive attacks on the enemy to take it down quicker. The best way to go about this is to designate one character to spam her EXE Drive attack (the one with the best STR/INT stat) while the other two members use the best Rush attacks they have (from your combo setup, make sure that the moves you have set up for the Rush row give the highest amount of hits possible, even if you must sacrifice attacks from the other two rows) to charge the EXE Drive Gauge between EXE Drive attacks as much as you can to avoid having to go back and charge it up again during your grind. The enemy should not be too hard to defeat, especially if you have the armor 神界の腕輪 from clearing the True Ending. Just equip that on the character that you’ll be keeping in to spam EXE Drive attacks, and you’ll be golden.

First off, when you unlock the ネオ・ジオフロント dungeon in Chapter 7, make sure to check every green message box on the world map as well as every new info source in Planeptune to get the tough foe recipe for the dungeon. Said tough foe recipe happens to require an item (地獄のたてがみ) that you’ll get automatically from fighting a boss in ザラット神殿 in Chapter 2, so you won’t have to worry about finding it unless you happened to sell it for some stupid reason. Otherwise, the method of finding it is ridiculous enough that you’d just be better off going for it in another playthrough.

Anyway, once you create the tough foe recipe for ネオ・ジオフロント, you just have to fight the dragon tough foe that takes residence in the dungeon. Hopefully, it will drop the ゴッドソウル item necessary to create Nepgear. If it doesn’t, keep fighting it until it does, preferably going into easier fights in between to charge up your EXE Drive Gauge.

Once you have the necessary item, now you just need to get to Chapter 8 and get Planeptune’s shares up to 30% to unlock the recipe to create Nepgear from a message box on the world map. Once you do, you should already have the item needed to finish the recipe, so all you need is to get Planeptune’s shares up to 50% and be sure that you have 1024 MB on you to create Nepgear and get the trophy. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough MB; you can create Nepgear in NG+ without having to reach Chapter 8 again providing that you got the necessary item and you unlocked the recipe.

First of all, you’ll have to reach Chapter 7, and go into Lastation and complete its event to unlock the dungeon 第459号重機工場. Once you unlock the dungeon, you must check every available message box and every info source in Lastation so that you can unlock the tough foe recipe for the dungeon. In order to unlock the tough foe for the dungeon, you must go into ネオ・ジオフロント without the tough foe recipe on and defeat the giant bird tough foe within until you get the item (トロささみ) for the tough foe recipe.

Once you complete the tough foe recipe for 第459号重機工場, go into the dungeon with the recipe on and defeat the giant black robot with a tail and a mace within (Neptunia fans will recognize it as a Killachine) until it drops the item 六装式魔光動力炉 necessary to create Uni.

Once you get the item, reach Chapter 8 and get Lastation’s shares to 30% to unlock the recipe to create Uni from a message box on the world map. Once you do, you should already have the item needed to finish the recipe, so all you need to do is get Lastation’s shares to 50% and make sure you have 1024 MB on you to create Uni and get the trophy. First of all, you’ll have to go into Chapter 7, and go into Lowee and complete its event to unlock the dungeon Mフロンティア洞窟. Once you unlock the dungeon, you must check every available message box and every info source in Lowee so that you can unlock the tough foe recipe for the dungeon. In order to complete the tough foe recipe, you will need to kill the spider robot tough foe in 第459号重機工場 until you get the item メガトン不発弾. It should be noted that this tough foe will appear regardless of whether you have the tough foe recipe for 第459号重機工場 turned on or not, but if it is turned on, this enemy will only appear in the second room of the dungeon.

Once you complete the tough foe recipe for Mフロンティア洞窟, you need to go into the dungeon with the recipe on and kill the whale tough foe until it drops the item こぶりのくじら玉 necessary to create Rom and Ram.

Once you get the item, reach Chapter 8 and get Lowee’s shares to 30% to unlock the recipe to create Rom and Ram from a message box on the world map. [You made made 100 different items]

Only items in the third column of the remake system count for this one. It’s very important that you constantly check the entire map for message boxes and go into each landmass whenever the word “NEW” is in the corner of its name as this will indicate new info sources to gather info from so that you will have the most recipes possible to work with. From there, just keep creating items as they pop up and, in the case of accessories, if you notice that you have all of the materials necessary to make an item, but not the required accessory, buy the accessory to make the item. Also, if you notice that you have at least one of every item necessary to create an item, go into the monster glossary (From the home screen, go into the second-to-last option and go into the third option from there to get the monster glossary) and check for the item in each monster’s item drop list. If a monster has the item, check right above the item drop list to see what dungeon they are in. If you see a “-“, then either you have to flip the tough foe recipe on or off in the dungeon or it’s a story boss (though the latter should only happen in case of non-item recipes). It is recommended that you make use of the screen shot feature of the Vita (press :ps: and :start: at the same time) to better keep track of what you are looking for in the monster glossary and, once you find it, where you need to go to get it. To see your screenshots, go into the Photos app on your Vita and select gallery from the LiveArea screen. From there, go into Screenshots and there should be a folder for this game if you took any screenshots within it.

In any case, you should get the majority of the items without even trying, especially if you loot the dungeons a few times both with and without the harvest change on.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/2354/109.jpg 総獲得金額1億 (B)(H)

累計で1億クレジット稼いだ

[billionaire]

[Obtained 1 billion credits]

First things first, even though the official English translation of the trophy on PSN states that you need 1 billion credits, you really only need 100 million. If you’ve played the Japanese version of Victory, this shouldn’t surprise you seeing as it made the same mistake. Also, this trophy is cumulative, so you don’t need all 100 million on you at once.

What this game doesn’t have in common with Victory, however, is that there is no easy money trick due to how the remake system works compared to item crafting (mainly, the former can only be done once per item and does not give you the created item in your inventory, only adding it to the shop), so you’ll have to grind this one out the hard way. Fortunately, however there are some ways to make the grind easier, and the first of these ways is to unlock the dungeon ミレニアムの迷宮, and with it, the weakest form of the elusive Clione, which gives an outstanding 165k credits per kill before bonuses (seeking out a stronger Clione is not recommended since they all give the same amount of money, only differing in the amount of experience they give, which isn’t worth it when there are easier ways to get to Level 99 anyway). Unfortunately, doing so requires unlocking 3 other dungeons and the tough foe recipe of the third dungeon in order to get to ミレニアムの迷宮, and even then, we must get its tough foe recipe in order to unlock the Clione. Also, remember, you must never progress past Chapter 5 while doing the following, or you’ll end up not being able to do one of the steps and thus having to resume on your next playthrough. The last point you can get up to is the event at Lastation at the tech expo, though I’d recommend stopping story progress once you unlock the dungeon ソノレサク洞窟.

Of course, the preparation for this trophy is ridiculously long to write about, so for the sake of your eyes and the guide team that has to put all this on the site, refer to this post for the steps.

Once you have everything set up, go into ミレニアムの迷宮 and keep fighting the Clione. It is a light blue monster with a mouth on the top of its head (this may not be easily visible when it isn’t moving) and a dongle on its head. Before fighting it, make sure that Mages. has the disc with the 戦争 chip equipped since she will be the one taking down the Clione. For your party setup, you should obviously have Mages. in the front since she should have the best weapon. With her should be a character capable of raising the INT stat with an SP move (it is best to use Vert since she also has a Rush attack that gives 8 hits per use and an EX finisher that gives 8 hits) and a character who can add a lot of hits with her Rush attacks (Uni is the best choice for this since she has a Rush attack that gives 8 hits per use and an EX finisher that gives 10 hits). Also, you should make sure that Mages. has the 神界の腕輪 armor (achieved from True Ending) and the イストワールの加護 ornament (achieved via a boss in Chapter 7). The former will make sure that she never takes damage (assuming she is at Level 99) and the latter allows her to break the damage limit, making the battles go by faster.

As for battle strategy, simply have Mages. spam her EXE Drive attack and have Vert raise Mages.’s INT stat with her SP ability as soon as she can. Afterwards, have Uni and Vert assault the Clione with Rush attacks to refill the EXE Drive Gauge as Mages. drains it. You must make sure that the character with the disc that has the 戦争 chip equipped (this should be Mages.) defeats the Clione, otherwise you’ll just get the regular payout instead of the enhanced payout from the chip. There are two enemy encounters near the Clione in case you have to charge your EXE Drive Gauge some more (you’ll definitely have to charge it at least a little bit since the battle should end with Mages. using her EXE Drive attack).

Alternatively, if you happened to get to this on a third playthrough, there's an even quicker method to defeat the Clione, though it will require Compa's ultimate weapon as well (details in the Billionaire (B) Preparation post). First, you will want to set up your party so that MAGES., Vert, and Compa are on the frontlines with MAGES. and Compa having their best weapons as well as the ornament イストワールの加護 (the armor 神界の腕輪 is optional as the Clione should not have a chance to attack this way) and Vert having the highest AGI stat so she goes first. Now, make sure that your battle starting positions are set up so that MAGES. and Compa are right next to Vert when the battle starts (to change battle starting positions, from the home screen, select the fourth option and then select the third option) and they are all as close to the enemies as possible. Make sure to go into the battle with a full EXE gauge as well. Also, give the disc with the 戦争 chip equipped to the character on the frontlines who has the lowest AGI as they will be taking down the Clione.

As for the actual battle, the strategy is to use Vert to raise the INT stat of MAGES. and Compa at once. Afterwards, approach the Clione from the side for increased damage (preferably a small distance away as it may not register the side damage if you get too close to it) and then use your EXE Drive attack on the Clione (MAGES. will do about 350k and Compa should do around 400k). Repeat with the next girl and the Clione will be defeated before it can even attack. Use the two enemy mobs around you to refill your EXE gauge and wait for the next Clione to appear and repeat until satisfied.

Once you get to around 50 million, save the game (there’s a save point in the same area as the Clione) and head back out to the world map. From here, sell your entire inventory and then keep buying and selling clothing and accessories as they have the highest refund rate (50% of what you paid). The trophy should pop towards the end of the buy/sell spree.

Once you unlock the disc creation function, just obtain a disc in some way, whether through clicking on all of the little message boxes that pop up on the world map, or exchanging a large medal with the ? man in Planeptune via the info gathering screen (from any landmass menu, click on the option with the message box on it). You’ll get large medals from certain boss fights in the story, so you don’t have to worry about going out of your way for discs. Once you have a disc, click on a landmass from the world map and select the option that looks like some purple discs with two gears in front of them. From here, select the only option on the left side (- - - - -) and then select any disc to burn a chip onto. From here, just select a chip to burn onto the disc (not all slots need to be filled) and select the bottom option on the left side of the screen where you’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to burn the disc. Select the top option and you will have your new disc along with this trophy.

Also, I highly recommend waiting to do this until you need to rather than doing it for the trophy because chips are irreplaceable, and there are some that are impossible to get more than once or twice in a playthrough, so you don’t want to waste them.

In order to complete a recipe, you will not only need the amount of MB specified to the right of the recipe name, but there will also be a list of ingredients on the right side of the screen that you will need to acquire. Once you have all of the ingredients and enough MB, you can create the recipe. As a warning, you can only get so many MB in one playthrough, but you can get more through NG+ since your current MB as well as any crafted recipes will carry over between playthroughs.

Otherwise, you will then have to go into a dungeon to fulfill the requirements of the quest. When you clear the quest, a jingle will play and there will be a pop-up notification with the quest name in orange. Once the quest is clear, go back to the quest giving facility and select the second option, which should have the word “clear” next to it if you’ve cleared a quest. If the quest is clear, it will be in white text instead of grey text and you can select it to turn it in and get the trophy.

It should be noted that while progress towards item quests depends on your inventory, progress on monster quests depends on how many of the monsters you have slain since you last accepted the quest. As such, while an item quest can be cleared several times in a row depending on how many of the necessary items you have, a monster quest can only be cleared once before you have to kill the necessary amount of monsters again. For example, if an item quest called for 3 of an item and you have 6 of that item, you can clear it twice without having to collect any more of that item. On the other hand, if a monster quest calls for you to kill 3 of a monster and you killed 6, all 6 monsters are wiped from your quest progress once you clear it and in order to clear it again, you must accept it and then slay 3 of the monster.

[inflicted more than 100,000 damage points to an enemy]

This trophy will come naturally as you level up and unlock stronger attacks and build your strength and intelligence higher and higher. In fact, the best way to go about this is using your EXE Drive attacks since they deal the most damage, especially if they can deal damage to multiple enemies at once.

100Hitを達成した

[Combo Master]

[100Hits combo]

The easiest way to go about this trophy is to get into a fight with three or four enemies and let them all bunch up together. Afterwards, just keep targeting as many of the enemies as you can and using only Rush attacks (:triangle:).

Before doing this, make sure that each character has a weapon with a large hitbox (not the tiny square one that many characters start with) and that the Rush attacks they are using are the ones that grant the most hits on the enemy. You can also set one of your EX Finishes to the one with the highest amount of hits from the same screen where you set your combos and charge your EXE Drive Gauge prior to entering the battle.

Alternatively, if you're really having trouble with this, then when you get to the Tech Expo in Chapter 5, make sure you bring in MAGES. or another character who has similarly long-range attacks. The second battle is an unwinnable battle, so the enemy will easily kill off your characters in one hit. With that said, have two of your characters die next to each other and then have your long range character move behind them. If you did it right, as the enemy approaches you, it will get stopped by the corpses of your party members and it will never go around them. From here, just attack the enemy from as far as you can and keep using those Rush attacks. Even though half the hits won't connect and you'll end your turn with far less than 100 hits, the enemy won't have a chance to hit you, meaning you can keep your current combo. Just keep hitting the enemy in this fashion until you reach 100 hits.

Preparing for Billionaire (B)

Technically, the following steps can be done in any order, but you must be on Chapter 5 to go through the entirety of unlocking the Clione, and getting Mages.'s best weapon is best left for when you're at Level 99 so that the required Colosseum boss doesn't decimate you.

Unlocking the Clione

First, you must unlock the dungeon recipe for デューティ空間 by getting it via info collection in Chapter 4. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need two each of 大根の葉, 黒いゼラチン触手, and 狼の毛皮, which can be gotten via the monsters ダイコンダー, ハイヒールスライヌ, and ウルフ of ヘイーロ山岳, respectively.

Next, you must unlock the dungeon recipe for ドンキン遺跡, which is in one of the blue cubes in デューティ空間. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need 青い土管の欠片, 魔導ゼリー, 漆黒のうろこ, and 氷の骸骨, which can be gotten via the monsters ドガーン, マジックスライヌ, and デスストーカー of デューティ空間 and the monster スカルフローズン of ルウィー雪原, respectively.

Next, you must unlock the dungeon recipe for ナースネ火山, which is in one of the blue cubes in ドンキン遺跡. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need 違法高級回路,

骨くず, ハイエナの毛皮, and 氷の結晶石, which can be gotten via the monsters ハイビット, スケルトン, and ハイエナ of ドンキン遺跡 and the monster アイスゴーレム of ハイラノレ雪原, respectively.

Next, you must get the tough foe recipe for ナースネ火山, which only requires you to gather some info in Chapter 5. If you are past Chapter 5 at this point however, you won’t be able to get the info and must get it on another playthrough.

Finally, you will have to fight the black robot with a tail and a mace within ナースネ火山 until you get the item 二双式魔光動力炉 twice, once to unlock ミレニアムの迷宮 and once to fulfill the tough foe recipe for ミレニアムの迷宮, which is gotten by gathering info in Chapter 5.

Increasing Credit Gain (Recipe)

You must now create the recipe 取得クレジットアップ to increase your credit gain. The recipe can be found in the second area of the dungeon エムエス山岳 as a hidden treasure (press :square: to send out a ring to search for treasure within an area). In order to make the recipe, you need to first make the only ingredient, the armor 時空の腕輪, whose recipe can be gotten by checking the message boxes in Chapter 3. In order to make the armor, you need 2 of 鳳凰の羽, 3 of 猛毒蜘蛛の糸, and 5 of 疾風石, the first of which is a drop from the tough foe (recipe on) 鳳凰の羽 of ザラット神殿, the second of which can be found from the monster タランチュラ of ガソブレ地下空洞 (details on how to get this dungeon in the next several paragraphs), and the third of which can be found as a harvest from グラビダゼ遺跡 (will be unlocked on the way to ガソブレ地下空洞) or ヘイーロ山岳 (unlocked in Chapter 3 as part of the story).

NOTE: In the Korean version of this game, the recipe may be impossible to create as the item 疾風石 does not register for the armor recipe when you collect it, making it impossible to create the armor 時空の腕輪 and thus the recipe 取得クレジットアップ. It is unknown whether this is an isolated incident and/or whether a patch will be available in the future to fix this. Thankfully, the (P) can be achieved regardless, though it will take longer as your credit gain is reduced from 332k to 249k per battle.

In order to start down the path to unlocking the dungeon ガソブレ地下空洞 (which you may or may not have gone through without even realizing it), you must first unlock the recipe for the dungeon ZECA一号遺跡, which can be gotten from a message box in Chapter 1, so as long as you’ve been keeping up with the info sources and message boxes, you should have the recipe by now. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need the item もとスラゼリー, which can be gotten as a drop from the monster もとスラ of バーチャフォレスト.

Next, you must unlock the dungeon recipe for メカトロファクトリー, which can be found in a blue cube in ZECA一号遺跡. In order to fulfill the recipe, you must get シャンプルの耳, which can be gotten from any of the regular bunny (shampuru) enemies in ZECA一号遺跡.

Next, you must unlock the dungeon recipe for オラタンフィールド, which is in a blue cube in メカトロファクトリー. In order to fulfill the recipe, you must obtain two each of the items ねこのひげ, 魔装備の欠片, ゼラチン触手, and 謎の発光体, which can be gotten from the monsters あかみ, 重竜騎兵, and ヒールスライヌ of メカトロファクトリー and as a harvest (recipe off) from the dungeon 西風の吹く渓谷, respectively.

Next, you will have to find the dungeon recipe for ト・キデン洞窟, which is in a blue cube in オラタンフィールド. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need two each of 少年のこころ, 違法粗悪回路, ヤンキーマスク, and 蜘蛛の糸, which can be gotten from the monsters オトコディウス, M-3, and ヤンキーキャット of オラタンフィールド and the monster スパイダー of ザラット神殿, respectively.

Next, you will have to find the dungeon recipe for グラビダゼ遺跡, which is in a blue cube in ト・キデン洞窟. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need two each of 大地の結晶石, 魔石, 赤い種, and マルアンテナ, which can be gotten from the monsters アースゴーレム, マジックストーン, and ムーランルージュ of ト・キデン洞窟 and the monster マルベーダー of アヴニール第三重機倉庫, respectively.

Next, you will have to find the dungeon recipe for ガソブレ地下空洞, which is in a blue cube in グラビダゼ遺跡. In order to fulfill the recipe, you will need two each of クリスタルスカル, おっさんの哀愁, and 龍戦士のウロコ, which can be gotten from the monsters クリスタルゴーレム, オヤジディウス, and ドラゴンウォーリア of グラビダゼ遺跡, respectively. Now, you will be able to get all of the ingredients necessary to create the armor 時空の腕輪 required to fulfill the recipe 取得クレジットアップ.

Increasing Credit Gain (Disc Chip)

For this step, you will first want to obtain at least one disc that can contain a Lv. 5 Red Chip, which shouldn’t be a problem if you’ve been talking to ? as much as you can. I ended up with four. If you need to wipe a previously created disc, make sure you do not need the chip within it anymore (say, you have the EXP Up Lv. 5 chip in there and at least one character is below Level 99), because it will be gone forever once you wipe the disc.

Now, you must obtain the red chip 戦争, which can be obtained via one of the blue cubes in the dungeon ユカワ遺跡. In order to unlock this dungeon, you must first find its recipe within a blue cube in ミレニアムの迷宮. In order to fulfil the recipe, you must find the items 鳥の銀冠, 違法RAM, 妖蝶の羽, and ミスリル鉱石, which can be found from the monsters ひこどり王子, EDGE, and フェアリーバタフライ of ミレニアムの迷宮 and the monster ミスリルゴーレム of ソノレサク洞窟.

Preparing for Battle

For this, you must obtain Mages.’s best weapon via the Colosseum, which must be done through a match that can only be added via the remake system. The recipe for the match can be gotten from info sources in NG+ and requires you to defeat アンタレス once, which you will have to do to get the item to unlock ミレニアムの迷宮 anyway, so this shouldn’t be a problem. This should open up an A Rank battle in the Colosseum (the only A Rank battle as it so happens) that gives Mages.’s best weapon as a reward. Just beat the battle once and the weapon will be yours, making the Clione much easier to defeat. If you're having trouble with the battle, a good way to go about it is to equip the armor 神界の腕輪 and the ornament イストワールの加護 on your best character and have all three characters equipped with their best Rush attacks to fill up the EXE gauge quickly. The boss does not have health regeneration, so even when the other two characters inevitably die horrible deaths, you'll still be able to win the battle without too much effort. You can also get Compa's ultimate weapon in the same way, which will allow you an even quicker method of defeating the Clione, though the battle for Compa's weapon is a bit tougher, so you may want to wait for that until you have a character in your party whose ultimate weapon you've unlocked already (IF is a good choice as her ultimate weapon battle is of similar difficulty to MAGES.'s ultimate weapon battle and you get her as early as Chapter 1).

I haven't played a Neptunia game before, but I'd like this one to be my first; so I'm hoping that it will get localized. Great job on the guide!

Given that it's the best one I've played yet and I've only been hearing good things about the story, I can't wait to do it all over again for the localization, minus the guide of course. I mean, you can see how long my guide is for Billionaire, right? :p

I didn't find the recipe for the alternate items, so it's worth a try.

I got around 245000 with the disc equipped, do you remember how much is the gain with the credit up ?

That's the last trophy i need, but don't want to farm the clione 200 hundred times..

Btw, i found If to be most effective than Mages, with her weapon from coloseum If has power of around 4000 at level 99, only two level 1 EX can kill the clione

Thanks for the trophy guide, it had been helpfull

According to Primaclaire's post in the Difficulty thread, it goes up to 332k. In any case, how difficult is the fight for IF's weapon? I know the fight for MAGES.'s weapon had a recommended level of 95 and it was somewhat difficult, though nothing ridiculous, at Level 99.

Eh, it's boring as hell, but I personally found it to be worth it since it unlocked the plat for me as well. I do wish they made it a gold, though, considering the amount of grinding you have to do to get that much, even with the buy/sell trick. Then again, then I'd probably just complain that they wasted it on that instead of making a trophy for making it through with the Stronger Monsters item on from Ch. 3 and beyond on a NG file (no NG+). :p

As a note to anyone using this, I noticed while playing the Korean version that for hidden treasures, any given dungeon can have more than one possible hidden treasure, so if you don't get the one you need right away, just exit and reenter the dungeon and try again (location resets as well, so you can't just go to the same spot). Took me a couple of tries to get the recipes for increasing credit gain and EXP.

I'm also gonna try out that one harvest that people have had trouble with sans the "Change Harvest" recipe to make sure it isn't just a rare item like that one harvest for the recipe that weakens the monsters.

EDIT: Just went through and picked the dungeon clean three times and no item. I'm gonna find out how to get the alternate harvest and try it that way.

EDIT2: Turns out you get the alternate harvest recipe from Chapter 3, so now I get to do a third playthrough again. :pout:

EDIT3: Well, nothing worked in the Korean version. I'm gonna try again in the American version and I'll make sure I figure out where to get that damn item.

EDIT4: Well, turns out you can get the Gale Stone in Halo Island, a dungeon unlocked in Chapter 3 as part of the story. I'll look up the JP name later and add it to the guide and edit the guide accordingly as this means there is one less dungeon to unlock. As for the Korean version, it seems that that version is completely glitched and the Gale Stone either doesn't exist or the recipe is glitched and calls for a nonexistent item (I don't know Korean, so I can't tell which), making the Time Bangle and thus the "Credit Up" recipe impossible to create. Thankfully, the grind isn't that bad even with only 250k per battle, so for those going for the triple plat, it isn't the end of the world.
