Don't even bother looking at the trailers for this game. Those who played both Homefront and Crysis 2 are probably aware of the inevitable clusterfuck that this game will likely become.
Crytek, the poor developer behind Crysis 2 is making this game. If Crytek touches anything with a multiplayer component stay far away from the game. Not just because of their stupid trophies but also their complete disregard for customers. Essentially, as a trophy hunter, don't touch this game unless you want a bunch a headaches.

And I wouldn't count on Crytek upping their game. If they were going to do that why not do it right now and support their current product. In a game that has multiplayer and requires a developer to support the product post-launch which Crytek already showed they don't do. I mean, there is a reason that we look to past performance before making future decisions right? I am just putting that out there.

I think Homefront's pretty alright. Love the storyline though game's a bit short. Graphics could use some polishing too now that Crytek is on it.
The ending leaves a sequel so no points in guessing Homefront 2 will come sooner or later. |

Tbh I'm sure Kaos created a game that had some issues, but tbh all that needs sorting is the story length and graphics, and Crytek have already nailed these things with Crysis. Personally I loved Homefront, with it's different multiplayer system, resembling something great like Battlefield 3, although a few more modes would be nice. I'm not all for mad trophy hunting, staying well away from games such as Hannah Montanna as I'm not desperate for trophies. I buy games I like and get the platinum if possible, and I was happy enough doing Homefront, and to see more of its interesting story definitely getting Homefront 2.
