Is there going to be a sequel, on one ending I'm sure you're all familiar with it there was a guy named Vincent at the book signing who was talking about Madison needing a better nemesis that is more ferocious and then he vanishes... seems like it was leaning that way to me.. sorry if this was already brought up too there are 38 pages of discussion here and I have not had the chance to look through them all.

Mmmm, I doubt it. I think the developers created that ending so that the gamer could come up with their own interpretation as to what may or may not happen concerning Madison.

Hmm... well trains are loud. So are Ships (like docks). Maybe its too drown out the screams of the little boys while they are drowning. So passerby's don't suspect a thing. I always wondered why the little boys where never duct taped around the mouth. I guess it wouldn't have made a difference

Anyways, I only suspected Shelby when I was watching the ARI tape of the masked killer attacking Jayden. The body contours, the hat and trench coat kept shouting to me "hey, that looks awfully like Shelby". Also, Jayden kept saying "he could have killed me, but he left me instead". It makes sense, since Shelby wanted to erase the past and get a clean start. Killing an FBI agent would have made that plan a lot harder...

because they try to make you think Ethan is the killer, and the cops arrest him, blá blá blá.... it doesn't make any sense, he was accused to be the killer because of his blackouts, but he only had them after the death of his first son... The game sets 2 years after this accident (and Ethan spent 6 months on coma), and it states that the origami killer started killing his victims 3 years before the events of the game, which means 1 year and half before Ethan started having those blackouts.. he could never ever be killer, did no one noticed that?

I did and it bothered the hell out of me. Still a great game but because of that it was clear from the get go that Ethan couldn't be the killer, to me at least.

Yeh that bothered me a lot too. I thought maybe Ethan was subconciously carrying out copycat murders though.

I thought it was Kramer up until the graveyard scene. Why would someone leave flowers for a boy they never knew yet their twin brother not leave flowers themselves?
After Norman realised it was a cop I recognised immediately it was either Shelby or Blake although to be honest I kind of suspected it to be Blake moreso, though I didn't accuse him at the time.
When it came to the scene where Shelby was burning the evidence it shocked the hell out of me.

Even tho its been years since I played and plat'd this game, I too remember being utterly shocked that Scott was the O. Killer. Awesome storyline.

Believe it or not, I actually thought it was Madison for a short time, for no other reason than just trying to guess who was the least likely person in the game to be the killer. But my friend, who was watching me play one night, actually guessed right about half way through the game. He said it had to be a current or former police officer and then he said maybe it was Scott. I said he was crazy, Scott was too nice a guy. He saved that woman and took care of the baby, he was seemingly constantly helping people. No way. He was probably the most normal guy in the game. Yeah, it was a shocker when he was revealed. Should have seen it coming.

Truly amazing game, just amazing. One of the best experiences I have had. The button presses took a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but I think HR is the type of game where it wouldn't have worked if it was more of a "conventional" video game. (I could have done without making the omelettes for Lauren which she didn't end up eating, though )

After playing the game once, cleaning up a lot of chapters and then playing from Hassan's shop for my last few trophies I kind of paid more attention to Scott and how he was dodging a lot of Lauren's questions and thoughts. I don't know how I didn't see it earlier, but it become clear he was the OK.

Another thought, am I sick that I was rooting for the kids demise? Not Shaun. I mean Jason and John from the flashback. Jason is a meter in front of you in "The Mall", "Jason, Jason, Jason, JASON, JASON, JASON, JASON". The little shit just kept walking and if he had survived then I would have been waiting for him with a Darwin Award in hand. John was no better or no less annoying. If it wasn't for that damn trophy I never would have tried to help the punk up after constantly calling me a slow poke.

If that doesn't make me sick then perhaps having a thing for Madison does.
